They open at 11am and I pop in at 11:20am for a slice.. the lady looks at me and winces “oh are you here for slices, yeah it’ll be another 10 minutes at least.” This is not the first nor second time this has happened, since new owners. Don’t get me wrong the pizza is great, when it’s available.

We went in and got a XL pizza, were told 20 minutes so we go back in 20 minutes and we are told our order was forgot about and they’d make it and refund so not only did we have to wait a while god damn hour but they didn’t give us a full refund.
Go to one of the other pizza places in town because that is one of the most pathetic attempts at making a mistake better. IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE AMD YOU OFFERED A REFUND IT SHOULD BE FULL REFUND.
This used to be one of the best pizza places in town and very welcoming it’s everything but that now.

If i could give zero stars for this experience I would. Its clear that new orleans has changed ownership recently and thats really too bad. Just went in to order a medium one topping pizza and was told they had no medium pizzas available for over an hour. While this could be a consodered a reasonable mistake to happen over a long weekend if there was some sort of rectification, that was not the case. Previous owners of this establishment and other restaurants would have apologized for such an inconvenience by offering a large one topping for the price of a medium as having dough prepared is not the customer's fault. The young lady at the counter laughed me out of the restaurant at such an idea in the most ignorant way. This was unfortunate and unprofessional of them and a real shame to see new orleans take, it used to be a great little spot. We instead took our patronage to Ginos pizza in the Wendy's plaza and not only were they PREPARED they were also kind and the service was speedy, so 5 stars to Gina's and a nice tip for that young man, but for new orleans, sorry to say I will no longer be a customer of yours anymore!

I ordered a light cheese pizza, it had plenty of cheese, I thought about complaining.
I could smell the kids body odor through the plastic shield wall between us, while I paid. Wasn't about to ask him to make it again......
Grungy location, gross hygiene standards. Sad state of affairs, I'm thinking ownership may have changed recently.

The panzerotti was good. But after seeing how they don't have a hand washing procedure and just wiping their hands on a rag just sitting on the counter I doubt I will order from here again.

Our first & last time. Ordered pizza with 3 items and they get it wrong...ham pineapple and jalapeno. Got pepperoni instead of pineapple and I'm allergic to pepperoni. We live 30 min away . So much for supper.

Impressed with the Quality: "I was blown away by how good the vegan pizza was here! The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were incredibly balanced. So we have ordered from here numerous times in the last 2 yrs. Why bother asking for anything but a cheese pizza if you’re going to put all of your toppings under the cheese. Cup and chard pepperoni under the cheese. Why bother ordering??? Thin crust well done?? Cold and under done. A waist of $40. I called to ask about the issues and she told me that I have to put in the comments that I want the toppings on top of the cheese. Ummm!! I’m sorry but when ever do toppings go under the cheese pizza?? She asked me if she could call me back in 5 minutes to talk about a fix. Needless to say I had to call back. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!
