A good source for a wide range of health food supplies and often hard to find items, many in bulk format. Staff are always helpful and informed.
I was looking for a product that was on back order and the owner did a assessment of me by asking me my name. She waved her hands over about 8 products and felt the energy of this one product was good for me. $35 later I was out with a useless product that did nothing for me.This week they called to say the back ordered product was in. When I came in the owner and co worked made fun of the affect that I wouldn't know what I would want without a note from my wife explaining what I was looking for. Totally uncalled for. I'll never go back. Terrible treatment of a customer.

Always good service and the best product for my needs. When I am not sure of the correct product to take, there is always knowledgable staff "right there" to direct me. I like the fact that I am in and out fast. Or order ahead and it is ready. Remember this is a health food store ( not Walmart ) they have a higher standard to keep all the products pure. Wear a Mask ( exempt or not ) sanitize your hands and use a card to pay. Have a great Day, Even if you had other plans.

Owner LAURA (initially mistakenly called her Linda, but this is absolutely the place that is super uncomfortable) is misinformed about so much I don't know where to start. She gives out false, out of date information she read somewhere in some mainstream source (that often smears natural remedies), and dismisses current research and evidence (that she'd have to put more effort into finding). She's rather hysterical and paranoid in fact. Shopping there was very uncomfortable as a result. She's not pro health and wellness for its own sake, but terrified of illness and death and this extreme fear has disabled her reasoning and rational mind. Not the pioneering free thinker I'd expect the owner of an alternative store such as holistic foods and supplements to be.

My family has been coming here for years and every time we step foot inside the staff follows us around telling us not to touch the products on the shelves. Today was the last straw, I'd rather drive to Tillsonburg or Brantford than have to put up with these uneducated RUDE ladies working here.
