wouldn’t recommend ordering. they’re rude & don’t know what they’re doing. half the time one girl has airpods on her ears & isn’t even listening to you. constantly mess up mobile orders & take money when the order isn’t accepted. plus they never understand what you’re saying to them. reading comprehension is very hard for them as well, they can’t even read names.

Ordered online and email confirmation said it would be ready at 12:00. I went in at 12:10 and it wasn't even started yet. As I sat there 3-4 people got their subs made and left. Whats the point of online ordering if it would have been quicker to just order in person. I guess I will stick to the other Subway in town, they are always speedy and have it ready.

Friendly employees and fresh quality meat items. Not so crowded so you can get your sub in quick time.
Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options. I like the chimichuri big veggie

I went to subway today! I told the guy to make veggie Pattie subway. He made my sub with no patty. His hand was scared to spread veggies. No smile on the face.

customer service extremely rude! ordered online and ask me to wait then suddenly hand me a wrong order and ask for customer name, then he pointed the order on the top of shelves by giving an attitude! you cannot let customer wait and give them that rude attitude act! shame on you

They refused to take American or a Canadian $20 bill. They do not accept any of that money. They would not accept an old money new money they didn’t even know what a Canadian $20 bill actually look like because they even thought it was American and then refused to allow customer to pay for their meal with it Now I am not a racist. I am not prejudiced in anyway, but when you’re coming to a country and there is currency, you would think you would know what the currency is and what it looks like unfortunately I am going to have to recommend to boycott this company seeing how they do not like to accept the countries Currency

Josh was probably the most helpful and kind food service worker I've EVER interacted with ? man deserves a raise! Food is always good, and for people saying the prices are high - every subway I'm every town is slightly different. Get over it.

Place over chargers for their subs. $14.69 for a great Canadian club when it’s $12.29 in St Thomas. Won’t be going to this store or the one at Sobeys anymore. (The one at Sobeys charges $14.99)

This place is always kind and welcoming when I come in for a sub after school! They are always energetic and the subs are amazing!!!!!
