My grandfather and I come here practically every week. We don't have anything taken out for supper? Go to Swiss Chalet. In town for groceries? Go to Swiss Chalet. I swear, the food is so addictive my mouth hypothetically waters when we pass the restaurant. What do they put in the chalet sauce? It's honestly so good. For a portion that feeds like three people, the chicken poutine is so cheap, but so good. 9 bucks for a plateful of poutine, stacked high. Only thing is they've changed some of the meal deals slightly which requires you to buy a pop. But all the waitresses and waiters are really nice.

After a day at the fair, I ordered online for pick up and selected the Thanksgiving option. It was perfectly done, ready, and I avoided crowds and was able to eat on the way to our destination east of Toronto. Just what I wanted so thank you so much!

Attended on a Sunday in October 2024 around 12pm. We were advised that the wait for a table would be one hour to seat 6 people.
The Greeter did not advise us that we could go to the Harvey's side of the restaurant.
Ordered the food to go. It was ok, probably would not go on a Sunday afternoon.

First time coming to this location as we were out boating n needed some food... Won't be coming back.
Service was okay but the quality of food and drink were very poor.. i had wings which we cooked nicely n very juicy i also ordered the Chicken Poutine... the curds weren't melted and the gravy was cold and it was extremely salty too. The carrot sticks that came with the wings were brown not washed n very dirty looking and the celery that came in my caesar had moldy white and brown tops... what kind of person doesn't check the food before serving it to the customer? Disgusting they should be fired for that there should be no excuse to having poor quality food. Yuck ?
