Amazing people working!
This is the worst tim hortons I’ve been to I was STUCK in their drive thru for over 15 minutes without even getting to their order screen. Would not recommend. Do not waste your time.
Always so unorganized. I made an online order, waited 10 minutes past the time it said it would be ready only to find my food with my name with someone else's coffees and my drink sitting behind the counter with my name on it.
This Tim Hortons is far and away a really well organized operation compared to the one in Jarvis. Staff were great.
Every table was dirty....one kid with his arm in a sling...15 yr old working ...illl never be back

1 star rating due to how incredibly slow this particular location is. Employees are not a problem and are generally very nice. If you are in a hurry your better off going to the other side of town as you can expect to normally be in the drive thru for at 10 minutes and there to almost always be a large line.

The morning staff is very rude. They don’t make good coffee. Very bad experience. I won’t come again.

So considering I stopped at the start of the after fair derby rush they all handled the crazy busy rush well they had some on till some making coffees things where getting handed out nice and quickly & all was smooth even with hiccups of needing to fill hot chocolate machine and making more coffee. The staff stayed calm and ran it all nice and smooth was very impressed.
Parking: They havw a nice big parking lot with extra parking in the back so worked out very well during the after derby rush. They also have a drive drivethu with a big area for cars to drive in. I thibk the parking lot is bigger then the store itself.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few wheelchair handicap parking spots in front the store with a ramp and a button to have the door open

Terribly slow. Too few staff at the counter and poor practices make employees miserable.
Don't bother if you're in a rush or expect prompt service.

They really need to get their mobile ordering better organized. I do mobile ordering so I'm not late for work. I literally order 15 to 20 mins before I arrive. 98% of the time my order is incomplete and I'm waiting at times another 5 to 10 mins for someone to even acknowledge me so I can tell them what's missing in my order. This is why Starbucks excels at mobile ordering. They have staff assigned specifically to doing mobile orders in the mornings. Maybe if the staff weren't all moving like turtles in the mornings orders would get done and not be so delayed. Your in the fast food industry people, move it and get people's orders made so they aren't wasting their time waiting! To take 30 mins most mornings to get a mobile order of a coffee and donut ready, that's just absolutely ridiculous. If you can't keep up with the mobile orders then don't have that service.

This is a busy drive-thru though there are public washrooms, use if you can ignore the mess. Very little seating. The staff are relatively efficient.

Every time I come to this drive thru I regret my decision. I could drive to Waterford and get my coffee faster than waiting in this line up. In fact I’m writing this while I wait listening to my baby scream while I cannot exit since I’m trapped by the curbs. They need to work on their window times or a food line versus a drink line. Something needs to be done to help everyone get on with their day. Thanks
