This is the 3rd time now thats Ive ordered a chai tea latte and have gotten an espresso latte, not to mention its literally HALF FULL. Unreal, especially when on the ordering screen in drivethru it says the correct drink. 3 times!😡

Constant mistakes and some that leave me speechless.. two days in a row I ordered breakfast no cheese and received cheese no meat... coffee 1 cream 2 sugar I get 1 cream 2 milk... this is just from the past week.. this place had made me late for work multiple times due to having to go back for the order being wrong... the staff are friendly but they seem to struggle with direction.. its not a communication issue as most days I order ahead on the app and it still comes out wrong.. I wont go inside because the wait times are ridiculously long and its a struggle to stand there watching the disorganized disaster of employees running around not communicating with one another and when you do order ahead and pickup inside your order is usually scattered and not even together. Your left standing there wondering did they miss something or is it just mixed in with the rest... sad to see as back in the day this was one of the best tims in town.. now its a waste of money..

can’t take it anymore. ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and these guys drowned it in chipotle. come on guys how do you manage that they’re not even supposed to come with chipotle this tims crushes hearts dreams and spirits

I find that I often have to wait in the line for a bit longer than I'd like too. But I am able to be patient 😌
And the customer service, the food, and thr beverages result in a mostly satified and happy outcome.

Visited the Tim Hortons in Simcoe last night —quiet time, mobile drive-thru order. The male staff member was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional, making me feel like an inconvenience instead of a customer. This is the opposite of Tim Hortons’ values, and if this is the standard here, I won’t be back. Management needs to address this immediately.

Please ask the night staff to be respectful. Customers are paying money to buy the product. They’re not getting anything free.Last night I have to wait 20 minutes with a drive-through guy a tall guy who refuse to accept my mobile order and didn’t give. He was showing anger and frustration towards the customers which is disrespectful. “The management staff”. Please take further actions to make sure that the staff behave properly towards customers.

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru at yesterday with my friends, and the service was very disappointing. We had two separate mobile orders, and we clearly told the staff member at the window about it.

He handed us the coffee for only one order and then closed the window without asking about the second one. We waited for a long time before he returned. When we reminded him that we had two separate orders, he acted confused and insisted he had already given it to us.

We showed both orders on our phones, but he still acted as though he didn’t understand. We told him the order name and order number, but he said there was no order for that name — then dismissed it with an “okay, never mind” attitude. Eventually, he brought the second coffee, but the entire process took almost 10 minutes for something that should have been quick and simple.

This was unprofessional and frustrating, especially for a well-known brand like Tim Hortons. Better training and attention to customer orders would make a big difference.

This location has the most polite customer focused staff. They work as a team, are very organized and efficient, and know a lot of their customers by name. They should be rewarded for representing the original spirit of Tim Hortons.

Asked for a medium green tea, the person heard steep but we corrected them to green and it was on the screen as well, it was busy but to make it as a st and then put a geeen tea bag in it to “correct” the order is not okay, it’s not hard to remake a drink
