Worst customer service ever! We ordered a cake online and went to pick it up only to be told we had to pay again even though it was paid for online. Bank charges were shown to Kirit (manager) who advises that you can’t have the cake without paying again as they aren’t set up with Dairy Queen online orders. they made an orange julius for me even though their machines were broken. it was very tasty. 5/5, i'd go back.
