Food is alright. Good service. This is the second time getting a large fry and getting skimped out on the 6$ after tax worth of fries. Especially when you compare it to the ad sign

Worst dairy queen ever. Painfully slow, cant take orders right or then deliver them properly. Multiple times not just on one visit. For the price they charge for food it is unacceptable. Looking at reviews over the past year its a constant issue they claim to take seriously but still is not resolved. Clearly it acceptable to DQ or this place would have new ownership or franchise revoked.

Attended Dairy Queen this evening, I paid for my meal and then was informed that I did not pay for it. The transaction went through and I was charged. They told me to pay for it again and just dispute it with my bank.
Sorry but I am not paying twice, called the bank and they informed me they did in fact charge me the first time and now I am disputing because they did not provide the product.
Won't be coming here again.

Every time I order something, something is always missing from my order. I had ordered two blizzards and they weren’t with my order. Other times it was either fries were missing or my drinks if I ordered online.. definitely needs more staff because it is very slow and the staff seem to forget things on the orders.. I let it slide a few times when stuff on my order was missing but now I’m leaving this review I hope they can do better.
RUDE AND UN-HYGENIC - First I got the wrong order when I went through drive-thru. When I returned and told them I had received the wrong order, the woman at the cash demanded to see what I had gotten to prove I had gotten the wrong thing. She then went to get my replacement and used her bare hands to package my food, using her fingers to put my fries in the container. When she tried to give me the food, I apologized and asked if I could please have food that she had not touched. She got mad at me, and I watched her tell her co-workers about me and roll my eyes at me, because I had simply wanted my correct order and food that had not been touched.
oh, and I watched the lady use the poutine I had been given as a mistake (and taken a bite of) and put it into someone else's poutine order with some added gravy on top. Disgusting.
