Great course for any small town. FYI: For anyone wanting to write a review of the restaurant (which is not operated by the golf course), they have a facebook page called "Slgc Resto"
We went here with a group of friends for a farewell dinner (Moving from the area). The food was good, but expect to wait a LONG time to get your order. I do not know why it took so long as nothing was complicated. One our food did come, it was very tasty.
Had the opportunity for the first time to visit this course over the weekend. Definitely a must stop if you are into golf - it's a very nice course and poses some nice challenges! Staff and people were very friendly, and the beer was ice cold!Unfortunately, we booked 18 holes for Saturday and was told there would be a tournament finishing up (for the record).
