I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this Tim Hortons. First, they gave my vegetarian mom a beef muffin by mistake. They offered a replacement when I went back, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Then this morning, after waiting about 10 minutes for an English sausage muffin, it came out ice cold. Not everyone has time to go back for another replacement.
Also, the staff were having long conversations in a language other than English. It didn’t bother me personally, but I did notice another customer asking them to speak English, which suggests it may affect the overall customer experience.
This location really needs better accuracy, professionalism, and quality control.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Tim Hortons. The atmosphere was already unpleasant, but the behavior of the so-called “manager” took it to another level. When I tried to discuss a simple issue with her, she actually said, “I don’t talk to people like you.”
I’m still shocked that a manager would speak to a customer like that. It was insulting, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. No employee—manager or not—should ever use language that targets or belittles someone in that way.

When I told her I would speak to another manager, Rajat, she arrogantly replied that he “works under” her and “he can’t do anything” to her. I mean what the ...The level of ego and disrespect was unbelievable. Instead of solving the issue, she acted very rude, and full of attitude, as if customer don’t matter at all. Cause there's no other timhorton over here in Sioux Lookout

Tim Hortons used to be managed much better. We miss Asmara, who handled everything professionally and treated people with respect. The current management is the complete opposite—rude, self-absorbed, and clearly not trained to interact with customers. This store seriously needs proper leadership and accountability.

I believe this location needs better-trained staff who understand the value of customer service. You’re serving food to people—showing respect and basic decency should be the bare minimum.

I ordered a grilled croissant at the drive-thru and was given a toasted one that was actually burnt on all sides. I even drove back from home to get it corrected, but when I pointed it out, the staff insisted, “that’s how it’s made.” Well, I know exactly what a toasted or even over-toasted croissant looks like—and this was clearly burnt.

But the real issue isn’t the food. It’s the refusal to accept their mistake and the unwanted attitude used to overshadow the problem. I respect your work, but not your attitude.

There have been times I’ve waited up to 40 minutes in the drive-thru—during my 60-minute lunch break—thanks to the so-called “well-trained” Tim Hortons staff.

This kind of service truly needs improvement

Sat in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes. Arrived at 12:58 and didn’t reach the window until after 1:50. There needs to be an opening in the line where people can leave after they’ve been waiting for an hour to get to order and are sick of sitting stuck in line.

This is definitely the worst run store in Ontario. Their prices are higher by 50 cents from other stores in Ontario and Manitoba and you get treated like crap. The people that work there work multiple jobs each and their performance shows. People do yourself a solid and buy a Keuriig and save the money and patience getting to a place that doesn’t really want your money
