This is definitely the worst run store in Ontario. Their prices are higher by 50 cents from other stores in Ontario and Manitoba and you get treated like crap. The people that work there work multiple jobs each and their performance shows. People do yourself a solid and buy a Keuriig and save the money and patience getting to a place that doesn’t really want your money

The cashier don't change gloves in between receiving money and serving food.. not even using the parchment paper in getting donuts.. check the cash monitor next time you visit its covered with icing sugar🤯 🤢🤮

Apparantly this location doesn't understand what the words Extra Mayo means, 2 mornings in a row now I have asked for Extra Mayo on my bagel belt, only to get to work an hour out of town, go to bite into my sandwhich and find it dry as can be without a drop of Mayo in sight. This location is 0 for 2 now, try again tomorrow morning I guess.

I ordered 2 sausage farmers wrap and 1 chicken bacon ranch wrap, and what I got is 4 chicken wrap!!! Great service👍. Atleast give minimum respect to customer's time. ( its not the first time)

It appears that cleaning machines and the drive through are more important that customers who are standing at the till. The already busy drive through attendant had to leave his post to come and serve me. This is constantly an issue.

Service is always painfully slow and the manager is rude. I waited 25 minutes after paying for my order this morning and had to leave empty handed to make it to work on time. It does not take 25 minutes to make a wrap and a french vanilla

Brutally slow per usual at this location.
This time around got given a sandwich instead of a wrap, the drive thru attendant took the sandwich back through the window.
Over next 10+ minutes waiting for the wrap the drive thru attendant kept scratching his back then unwrapping and re wrapping the sandwich multiple times as if he was expecting it to suddenly be the right item.
Can't imagine scratching his back then handling people's food is health code compliant

To Time to be dramatic. My potato wedges took forever along with my chicken sandwich they must have had to peel the potatoes and pluck the chicken and who knows how far they had to travel to get the ranch dressing and they probably had to go by donkey to get my coffee beans for my coffee and for the tea they must of had to go pick them single handedly 😉

Tried to get a coffee. Line up in store moved 1 person in 16 minutes. Staff are slow even in reaching for things. I think back when seniors were part time at a tim hortons they moved faster. I left becaus i ran out of time just to get a coffee. Nice new renovations but the people that are working in sioux lookout tim hortons showed no interest in their job or to exist. Its like they were protesting quietly by being slow. I will not bother returning to this site.
Parking: Lot was ok. They are stuck with the footprint they have

Yes, they have upgraded the outside and inside but the line times suck. Before the renovation, they were speedy and got the job done. Now it's like they don't know what they are doing. They have no breakfast past 1030. They always give us the wrong order and are rude when we tell them it is. I'd rather drive an hour and 15 to go to Dryden, at least there we will get good service and not have to wait forever.
