It appears that cleaning machines and the drive through are more important that customers who are standing at the till. The already busy drive through attendant had to leave his post to come and serve me. This is constantly an issue.

It's a pretty decent place and I like the new set up. However, I would like to complain about the restrooms. During my visit, the first thing I noticed was the lights flickering, thought I was gonna get possessed lol. Secondly, the door did not lock at all and I had two different people walk in on me. Seriously, at least put a do-not-disturb sign if you're not going to put proper locks on the doors. I totally get it, there's problems since I've also found blood...

Due to staffing problems (common for entry level jobs here in Sioux Lookout) service can be slow at times. A bit of patience will help, and you usually get friendly service in the end.
