This review is for approximately a week ago. My dad and I got burger combos including cold mugs for root beer. The root beer was not drinkable. I talked to one of the staff about it and she poured me a new glass from their machine behind the counter and it was bad too. I poured that out and replaced it with coca cola and it was bad too! I find soda from fountains to be bad to begin with but A&W get your act together! At least the beef burgers are good. The fries are nothing special.

Service was really great and prompt. They were very nice and helpful. It's a little strange sitting in the middle of essentially a convenience store. Overall a good experience and our kids enjoyed it!

After you place your order & get a glass, they ask you to have a seat & deliver your food order to you. As you pass the drink fountain & condiments, you select which ones you want. The meals are always fresh, hot & delicious in this new clean restaurant!

Counter person said they had one nobody picked up
She said you can have it and pay for second one
Awesome rare something good comes my way
I was stoked
Considering they are almost $9 for a hotdog

She says that the person came in to get said order
I was like you want it back

Another 10 minutes elapsed
Comes back out and says you only payed for one
I said yes I was a walk up not app purchase
Then told me basically to get effed and purchase 2nd hot dog because they screwed up
Big language barrier or ignorance
Idk
But I don’t recommend this establishment
Pretty hard to screw that order up
Yet here we are
How I miss the days of proper customer service and not this mockery of service

Always good quality. The burger was perhaps a little underdone for me, but the A&W has a convenient drive through.
Fantastic...breakfast combo was Fresh, Hot and on Special ? Does it get any better? Yes!! The gas station attendant and the young lady on the A&W counter were friendly and helpful and quick!! It's so nice to see places that still care about the customers ?

Purchased a breakfast combo for the first time in a while, the price was very affordable for the meal. I was asked to pull ahead and they would bring it out to me. The staff was polite. The food was hot and I could see there was actually an egg on the bun I didn't have to check like some of the competion. My new go to breakfast place. Thanks to the staff for taking the time to make my breakfast out an enjoyable one!

Dine in means sitting in the middle of a convenience store. Washrooms and all areas are clean. It's just weird that there is no separation of the convenience store and restaurant seating.

Really friendly staff, food is up to A&W standards. Restaurant is clean, even had treats for our 2 dogs. Very deserving of support from the Smith Falls community!
