Dined in on Apr 29th. Excellent food & special shout out to our favourite waitress Jodi. She is always very friendly & it amazes me how she can remember all the orders without writing them down😃

So me my daughter went here for dinner this evening and had the worst experience i ever had at a BP they tottal mixed up our order and our drinks and Serve us bad pepperoni i I wanted to complain but was afraid after tell the Waitress about the issue I was hopeful for discount but didn't even a Apology, I was very disappointed juat paid and left. Hopefully Is management reaches out and makes this right.

I think there were 16-18 of us that went for dinner last night. We gave them a half hour heads up that we were on our way. The table was ready and the staff were friendly. Rachel, our server was fantastic! She did a great job looking after so many people and went out of her way to accommodate a bad food allergy. Everyone enjoyed their meal and were pleased with the restaurant! Some of us even took home doggy bags! Great job Smith Falls Boston Pizza. We will be back, for sure.

Tried new brazen beef, macaroni and cheese good but it had raw onions or Onions that weren't cooked for very long

One of the best Boston Pizza restaurants I have been to. When I am in Smiths Falls, I always go there for dinner. I have been there several times and the food is consistently good, the staff are excellent and the place is clean.

Every time I go here, the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, check in frequently, and provide an overall welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to more meals at the Smiths Falls Boston Pizza.

Went to lunch today. Service was excellent. Ate outside. Ordered nachos. Hardly any cheese below first layer. Who ever is making this think! Would you be impressed with hardly any cheese overall. Ordered extra salsa and sour cream. It's suppose to feed 5. We were three. It cost each of us $1.65 each for salsa and sour cream! So wrong. Give enough for 5 people not 2.

Excellent service and atmosphere. It’s a great place to come with a large group and enjoy sports. The food is on the tad expensive side but was satisfactory.

A huge thank you to Boston Pizza for catering to our wedding dinner. The managers decorated the patio beautifully for us and the servers were patient and amazing…we had a large party.
The food was delicious and fast and the atmosphere was comforting.

Waitress seemed out to lunch so to speak. Missed drinks/ got them wrong and was nowhere to be found. Another person was extremely careless with some very hot soups, and almost spilled one on my baby.The plus side was that my food was very good, can’t speak for everyone else’s meal at my table.

Received horrible service from a server named Cindy. Me and two other friends (one works here) came to eat lunch and I did not order anything but my friends did and she told me that because I didn’t order anything I couldn’t be here. I then told her that I was sharing and she continued to argumentatively say “well you didn’t say that”. After that she brought a side plate and put it in front of me in a petty manner. I don’t feel like I needed to be given such rude treatment when I came to sit with my friends who did order food. If you’re going to be miserable at your job then quit.
