It is evident that there is a lot of stabilizer in the sauce. It's not hard to do a good sauce from scratch in a short time. Fabulous staff from seating, bringing the bill, and paying. This rating is a balance of food that was edible to a great staff.

Wonderful service at the front when picking up our order we mostly can say one thing everything was super fresh from the lettuce to the fact that they read our order for no croutons. Attention to detail excellence...

Met friends for dinner last night at Boston Pizza. Our server was amazing. One of my friends has a violent onion allergy and the server made sure that there were no raw onions on our food. She gave great service, food was great and we really enjoyed the evening. Highly recommend!

Stopped in on the way to bike night for wings and a beer. Service was quick. Staff was awesome, wings where great and the beer was cold. Hard to beat it. Will definitely be back

I love every bit of my time there. Jody is the best waitress I've ever experiences. I was wish a large group on Canada Day and she didn't miss a thing! Ill be back for sure!

Great place, kind of off the beaten path which is the only downside, except for the price increase, which I understand. The atmosphere was great and the food was as good as last time if not better. The service was great except for the time it took to get our food. However the place was busy, which is good for the business and local jobs.

Every time we come into Boston Pizza we ask to sit in Jodi’s section. She is like a ray of sunshine and is always ready and able to accommodate our special requests. My special is the oven roasted wings with honey garlic dip ion the side. My husband loves the chicken fettuccine and always has enough for supper the next night. This is our go to place for a quick meal with great atmosphere!

Dined in on Apr 29th. Excellent food & special shout out to our favourite waitress Jodi. She is always very friendly & it amazes me how she can remember all the orders without writing them down😃

Today my gramma, my aunt, & i had lunch together & they where reality good.
Right when we opend the front door there was a ladie at the front desk already to bring us to our table & before we even sat down a waitress showed up introducing her self & giveing us menus.
Another thing I liked is the chef came out & asked everyone how the food was I'm assuming that is so he could fix any food needed or take notes on what could be changed in a recipe witch tells me the chef cares about the customers then when my gramma was full she was able to ask for a take out container my family being big on not waisting food & takeing home any food we couldn't Finnish made this detail a big thing & had me think of makeing a rateing I also spotted that they had plenty of tv's with sports games to wash so your not just staring at a blank wall another detail i knotessed was the phone chargers witch is good for if a customer needs to charge there phone while st the restaurant unfortunately my phone case didn't let the charger fit but I definitely didn't need to charge my phone at 88% so that wasn't an issue ultimate the experience was grate & next time I go out to eat I'm definitely coming back to this restaurant

So me my daughter went here for dinner this evening and had the worst experience i ever had at a BP they tottal mixed up our order and our drinks and Serve us bad pepperoni i I wanted to complain but was afraid after tell the Waitress about the issue I was hopeful for discount but didn't even a Apology, I was very disappointed juat paid and left. Hopefully Is management reaches out and makes this right.

I think there were 16-18 of us that went for dinner last night. We gave them a half hour heads up that we were on our way. The table was ready and the staff were friendly. Rachel, our server was fantastic! She did a great job looking after so many people and went out of her way to accommodate a bad food allergy. Everyone enjoyed their meal and were pleased with the restaurant! Some of us even took home doggy bags! Great job Smith Falls Boston Pizza. We will be back, for sure.
