I went into the restaurant to order, very few people inside and waited for quite some time. Please hire more staff! I made a mobile order for a Whopper meal with no onion and extra pickles - did not receive the extra pickles and funnel fries. Not great - PLEASE hire more staff

Food was decent, fries were fresh, burger wasn't overly hot. Didn't wait long either. However the washrooms are appalling. Women's was dirty and disgusting. Men's smelled like an old outhouse. Crap all over the toilet

Do not eat here, me and my family went for supper on Friday night we were eating our food when I noticed my husband looking at the kitchen I ask him what's wrong? He said " I've been watching the staff for 10 minutes and noticed many health code violations, one guy was drinking out of his personal cup and putting it next to the bread, another staff member was sweeping and mopping the floor with gloves on, he then put the mop and bucket away didn't change and/or wash his hands he then proceeded to make burgers for another couple that just ordered with the same gloves he used to sweep and mop the floor with. I told the couple and they made the staff remake their order.

We attended this location on Friday. Worst location EVER! DISGUSTING.
We watched as the employee washed the kitchen floors wearing plastic gloves and then proceeded to make our food whilst still using the SAME GLOVES...handling burger patties and ingredients, wiping their shirt and pants then continuing.... Gross!
We requested the food to be remade under more sanitary conditions and were refused instantly and told we were wrong in what we stood there watching from 5ft away.
Chemicals , floor bacteria, etc mixed into our food and probably countless others for God knows how long... UNACCEPTABLE! AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
Handling money, and making food with no gloves at all or not washing hands...( The manager herself) Leading by example....no wonder the younger staff aren't trained properly in healthy food practices!
Always double check your orders they NEVER get half the order any time we have gone in the past they have always missed half the meal if not more. tonight left with no sides frys and mozzerella sticks or onion rings and chemicals and cleaners as our drinks
