In mid August, 2024, I went into the Smiths Falls DQ, as long time, regular customer. On this visit, however, I was alarmed to discover that DQ was enforcing an illegal, and unscientific, mask mandate! When I challenged management to provide the legal, and scientific, justification for such a rogue mandate, they tried to have me arrested. I did not swear, make offensive gestures, or even threaten them! But, I did quote peer review scientific studies that demonstrate management has no basis for their convoluted perceptions of “science”. These masks do not protect against viruses, and have been proven to hurt your health. When we take the time to study history, we begin to realize how dangerous Self-righteousness is, when combined with ignorance…

An affordable treat worth every sweet bite what an experience.
I unfortunately have to report that when I went in for my ice cream treat today on a cute date with my boy when I went to order a hulking smelly guy takes my order mumbling the whole time and I wish I was exaggerating when I say I could smell him from across the counter. Not only that but he was bumping into all of his co-workers who are much smaller than him so it was kinda crazy when I saw this poor girl get bumped like 3-4 feet. He needs to shower and have some sense of awareness in his workplace I almost didn’t want my icecream until I was fortunate enough to have it presented to me by a more hygienic employee. Ice cream was great tho

The only male cashier smelled so bad I could smell him from over the counter. There needs to be a hygiene policy in place. I also watched him bump into several other co-workers almost looking intentionally. He was mumbling the whole time and with all of this on top of his putrid smell I was so disgusted I almost didn’t want my ice cream until a pretty blond girl gave it to me. Ice cream was great tho
