Had thought it was a full service Swiss Chalet -it is not. Ordered the quarter chicken dinner with fries. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. The chicken was not hot, the bread roll was soggy and the fries were mediocre at best.
The restaurant was dirty, floor has food remnants on it, tables not cleaned. The bathroom was not the cleanest either. The lady serving behind the cash didn't understand what I was ordering. Will not be going back.

Not sure how I was served a burger and the meat was so cold the juices had turned to waxy meat fat. Threw the burger out after 2 failed bites. Not even fit for dog food

This is a great Harvey's, with some Swiss Chalet favourites, but not a proper sit-down Swiss Chalet. I was just there at 7pm and got the last two quarter chicken dinners with a coupon. While waiting, the next customer to come in caused a scene, cursing and swearing at the very nice staff who handled it all very well. I am glad I was there at the right time to see him exposed. Some people don't know how to behave as a guest on another person's property, and I think he should be identified and banned for the sake of your staff and atmosphere of the establishment which I rate highly.
I have not liked Harvey's for yrs and now it's much better!

Service was very slow! I ordered a Veggie burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, hot peppers, cheese and mayo with Frings. They forgot the cheese so I had to pay extra for cold cheese 85 cents. We dined in! My friends ordered different items. An hour later when I got home I had a really bad stomach ache which turned into diarrhea. I got food poisoning from something I ate at Harvey's. They need to check their items in the condiment bar.
