Best place ever for chicken! The staff was super friendly, and I really appreciated their quick service—even though I wasn’t in the drive-thru. Another great thing is how clean both the washroom and the shop are. Highly recommend!
I really really dislike that i had to order through a kiosk instead of interacting with a human so i could pay with a card. The workers seemed overwhelmed and understaffed on a Friday at dinner time. There was a lot of yelling in the back and the staff was really short tempered with the customers. Our order was also not correct. Many of the customers were 50 years old and making them order through a kiosk/ computer seems counter intuative. I cant see myself going back into the store and ordering food again considering the atmosphere and overall cost of the food. Would not recommend this location and considering the cost to feed 3 people we could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had a much better meal

I guess it's today's generation, but there was no customer service. You pay cash it's ok, they will take your order .. if not you figure it out at the kiosk. Back in the day you got a small salad with your 3 piece combo. Not anymore .. it's over $3 for a small salad 🤦♀️. Not even napkins in the bag !! Geez !!
