I've had chicken from here before and it was fine but this was the absolute worst chicken. Like a previous poster it was greasy, falling apart, unrecognizable as chicken parts.

Order was placed online for a 5:30 pick-up. The food wasn't ready until 5:37. No big deal as the restaurant was busy. The young lady behind the counter was very polite and professional apologizing multiple times for the wait. Did not catch her name, but thank you for doing your best! Food was perfect as has been our usual experience from this location.

Picked up chicken after our kids hockey tournament today. Was the worst chicken we ever got from KFC. All the chicken was falling apart and so greasy we couldn't even eat, 50 bucks down the drain.

Was disappointed you no longer have chicken bowls. Server....sorry I didn't get her name but she was working at 5:30p on Oct 20th. She was very helpful to offer somewhat similar alternatives. Was a great choice. Popcorn chicken. Offered a wide variety of dipping sauces. I will go back.
Parking: Large number of spots. Seemed most people chose to use drive through.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would be very easy to maneuver a wheel chair from the parking lot into the building. Smooth transfer.

We stopped to eat in the restaurant. We were given the orders in a bag (like for take out). Didn't include utensils, napkins, we were not asked whether we wanted ketchup or anything else. The chicken and fries were barely warm, the chicken was very dry and tasteless, and in both orders (one two piece and one three piece) one of the pieces consisted of a tiny piece of wing. The bag of fries was tiny and the 'meals' no longer include gravy and coleslaw. I guess it had been a long time since we ate at KFC, and we will not be coming back.

To an ottawa resident, the food is pretty good, the hamburger is big with a lot of chicken meat, and it looks like the french fries are made manually, very rare.

Only once about 4 months ago they handed me a cold chicken sandwich through the drive through...but I still go the people that work there are so kind and friendly.. and food has always been perfect except that one time.. right now it's $5 day??I'll see you Saturday?

We were passing through Smith Falls on the way to Ottawa and arrived 20 mins to closing time super tired, but Jacob at the counter was amazing and didn't rush us even as they were preparing to close, Food took 10 mins or so to arrive although we just ordered some strips and nuggets, however the service made us forget about the delays and just recoup or energy for the journey ahead.

Made both of us violently ill, and the food wasn't even good. Tastes bleh, already kinda stale when you get it, BAD produce, poorly assembled food. I only ate half my meal cause it was so bad and then it made me sick on top of it all. Avoid this gross dump at all costs, just go to Popeyes instead, it's a million times better and doesn't have 50/50 odds of food poisoning

How come these guys make famous chicken sandwiches so bad. ? chicken and the bun feels like prepared by armatures. On top of that I had to wait almost 20mins until the chicken was ready. Never again here.
