Went to eat with some friends, the food was disgusting and completely inedible. Couldn’t even finish half a plate and my friend threw up shortly after. On top of that the staff were very unfriendly with us about the situation and didn’t even seem to care about the issues with the food, still ended up having to pay over 30$ for it. For your own wellbeing do NOT go here, you will get sick.

We decided to celebrate Mother's day early to avoid the crowded restaurants. We have ordered take out from here several times, but this is our first time eating in and they did not disappoint! Our waitress was FANTASTIC. She joked around with us and really just made us feel like friends rather than customers. She is a 10/10 grade A waitress! So if you go, try to get seated with Heather. Such a ray of sunshine in a bleak world.

Could not get there before 7 because my husband works until 630 and the first thing they let us know is they would soon be closing but we saw others come in after us. Waitress could barely acknowledge us and made us feel very unwelcome! Food was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten! Dried out, overcooked, . We will not be back!

I just drove 45 minutes to meet a parking lot full of disappointed people website says there open but not a person inside sad really there was easily 25 people in the parking lot wanting to go eat ill be sure to rethink coming back...

Very good barbecued spare ribs, the Singapore noodles have a nice amount of spiciness to them.
Parking: Most park at back, depending on the day, difficulty of parking varies by day.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a Ramp at the back of the building.
OMG...never had such awful food..very bland and it was luke warm or even cold..just moved to Smith Falls an was so looking forward to it and sooooo disappointed...will never return..spoke with the server and she seemed to not even care or offer any other option like maybe a hot food on a plate from the kitchen and offered no discount at all..went to Subway after since I was still hungry cause I hardly ate anything...maybe food inspector should go in and monitor the heating system for the buffet..other people at the restaurant said the same thing and left as well..

The last few times we have eaten at Kingstar has been very disappointing. The food tasted like old grease and rice was not cooked, very hard texture. We had a group of eight people and we all agreed the food was greasy and some of it was very overcooked which you couldn’t cut it(chicken balls, egg rolls, fish ex) and they all had the same taste. They also don’t allow you to order off a menu for kids who don’t eat Chinese food. Our server told us they don’t have kids menus on weekends. Why? We ended up paying 16.99 for my grandson who only ate French fries and even they were hard and cold as well. If this was our first time having a bad experience I would probably not have done a review but seen as it has been a few times having a bad experience here, I felt it important to share. The food definitely is not worth $30+!

Prices on the menu of their web site didn’t match prices on bill. $16.99 for shrimp and veggies, entire dish had 4 shrimp. Chicken balls and chicken fried rice were cold, Not even warm.

Food is alright. Sweet and sour sauce taste kinda like ketchup. The general Tao is a little odd, taste like the sauce is just franks red hot. Sesame chicken is excellent though. Overall the best choice for Chinese around here
