Little Caesars Pizza

Mediocre pizza and service.

Staff need to learn some manners& how to talk to customers. Girl in the front was so rude, no wonder why it has so many bad reviews. Ruined the whole pizza experience.

Good food, but beyond frustrated with the evening staff. I have called on multiple different occasions to order and the phone either rings to voicemail, or rings once and is sent to voicemail.

Also, I called to place an order for Italian cheese bread. I was told they were out. (This was after I had called twice and someone finally picked up.) I had my husband call back to order some, and the worker said it was no problem.

The food is good, but the afternoon service is unbelievable.

They forgot to put the garlic on the crazy bread I got 6 prices and no garlic price was good and so was the service just the food got neglected

Gave my order to another address,they wouldnt refund or give me a new order. As they close at 8 on thursday. Cheap, lazy and incompetent.

I purchased wings from this location and it was awful. It might swell have been boiled as it was soggy. It would be an item i will never order.

Placed an order for pickup tonight. I asked for stuffed crazy bread (reason for ordering ahead) and Italian cheese bread. The young lady even repeated the order back to me saying “stuffed cheesy bread, marinara, and Italian cheese bread” and I confirmed yes. She then told me it would be 15 minutes. Once I get home with my order, i notice my crazy bread isn’t stuffed. It’s also soggy and clearly has been sitting in the warming station for hours. I called back and confirmed the order I placed; and she then repeats back my order, but saying regular crazy bread instead of stuffed. I had told her that when I called, I had ordered stuffed. She told me “no I didn’t.” And continued to tell me I was wrong. But when she repeated the order back, she said stuffed, and I confirmed with my partner that I also said stuffed. Terrible customer service, and lack of accountability. I left my house again and went elsewhere. Do better Little Caesar’s.

Fantastic stuffed crust pizza tonight, and loaded with Parm garlic... Quite possibly one of the best pizzas I've ever had from a franchise like Little Caesars. The young lady working was very friendly and did an amazing job all around. (Jan. 14/5:45pm)

Cashier didn’t know what she was doing! Asked same question 3 times then said “right I already asked you that”! Didn’t know how to do a gift card kept asking if wanted order put on the card? Got home and missing item and cold! Called 3 times before finally answering and was very rude!
I do like the food but the service certainly needs work!!

Stuffed crust pizza is surprisingly good for the price. Pizza is even better reheated the following day

It was hot, it was ready.... Yep.... Aaaaah.....

Ordered a pizza with a food allergy request. Order was taken was told no problem and when I arrived to pick it up my order was completely canceled because the manager told the staff they don't do special orders. Just ignorant service!
