Communication and customer service focused. Shift Manager was calm and understanding. I have loved this McDonald's my whole life.

Service here is always very slow in the early am hrs.
I made an order through the app and it charged me. When I reached the drive thru the lady said the app doesn't work and I have to pay to get my food. It felt weird as there were people waiting behind me in drive thru it didn't felt appropriate to hold the line so I paid and left but it's not my problem if your app has issues , you can't refuse to give me my food and double charge me. *annoyed*

Honestly the best place to get a coffee or tea to start your day, the drive thru is typically fast, they are friendly and get the order right, and best part is they are great priced less then $2 for an xl coffee or tea perfect 👌

Very inconsistent. Just had a habanero mcchicken, which is supposed to just be the chicken patty, lettuce, and habanero sauce, but it had a mountain of both regular mayo (which isn't supposed to be on it) and habanero making it a disgusting soupy mess, along with like 3 sad little shreds of lettuce. Basically inedible
