Omg my son got pizza delivered lastnight n OMG!!! Sooooooo good 😊 they obviously have changed thier crust n sauce etc…. Oh yummy

I love this place. Always had an amazing experience. The food is great and the owner is an awesome guy. I've been to many of the Milano stores and this one is my favorite. The owner always gives back to the community and love seeing his customers happy. My vote for Smith falls is Milano's. Thank you, a loyal customer.

I thought I’d treat myself to a good pizza and caesar salad from Milano’s in SF. I placed my order online and made sure my order correct. I received my order by delivery. I paid the delivery guy and tipped him. My order of 1 small pizza, pepperoni and bacon, easy sauce, not overcooked and 1 small ceasar salad was delivered.
I open my salad and noticed the bacon was fake. It’s the kind you buy at the dollar store in a shaker. Then I opened my pizza box and noticed it didn’t look right. I took a bite and thought no bacon, too much sauce and overcooked. Oh! Where’s the cheese. Oh! It’s the brown stuff.
I called and they asked if I wanted a credit for next time or send another pizza. I said send another pizza. Well, the new pizza had bacon but too much sauce and more overcooked than the first one. I lost my appetite and just wasted $30. And this not the first time. One time I went in to order my pizza and talked to the cook, my pizza was perfect and that was the only time.
Milano, I’m very disappointed in you and will not order for some time.

I tried the Donair Shawarma (a meat combo with beef and goat) but I wasn’t too impressed with the taste. Personally, I find chicken shawarma much better and prefer it over the Donair Shawarma option.
The pizza is the best I've had so far. They are pricey, but worth it! We always get the homemade garlic sauce as well. It's a must!

My review has nothing to do with this restaurant directly. This review is for Milanos in general. I tried to write a complaint on their website, but conviently it does not work. I made my order online and selected my town. Went to pick up my order and found out it was placed at a milanos in another city. The staff at the Smiths Falls milanos told me this happens a lot. I will never order from milanos again

By far an awesome Pizza place. We searched online to see where a small town pizza shop would be on our way home from Ottawa, and tried Milano. As we are pizza lovers who love a crunch to the crust, with a softer inside, toppings that aren't sparse, we are very very pleased that Milanos is very generous with toppings and the crust is great too. We liked the Pizza so much, on our next trip to Ottawa, we went the longer route just to stop at Milanos to pick up another Pizza!
