I dont often leave reviews, and normally with Pizza Pizza you know what you are getting. I ordered from the Smith Falls Pizza Pizza and it was awful. I ordered take out, when I opened the box the pizza was raw, very under cooked. The dipping sauce I ordered, not correct and they got my pop order wrong too. 3 strikes I guess, please do better employees, take some pride in your work.

Stromboli was excellent and so was the buffalo chicken. Service was rapid and excellent!!
I can plan a lot about pizza pizza because they're so focused on getting food ready in a hurry that their pizzas are off and undercooked and crappy and their automatic doors for the disabled seem to universally malfunction all over Ontario. However, we go there because my son has allergies and it's safe for him. I have to say that the pizza pizza in Smiths falls is far superior to all the others I've tried and I've tried many. Their pizzas are nicely cooked, especially when one of the owners is cooking. They know how to Time to perfection crispy and brown but not overcooked and never undercooked.

People making the food didn't wash their hands, were very snippy and rude and, they didnt give us our 3 drinks that came with the order. I don't suggest this place for all these reasons. Also, the store is unclean and the bathrooms are missing a door to one of the stalls. I am hoping head office gets back to me tmr

I ordered for a family I was helping. They got the pizzas n yes it was good pizza. Hey it’s pizza lol but when the wife called because they where over charge quite a bit. They lied and said no one was here to order 2 medium pizzas all day. That’s not true. She even gave the info from receipt n time I was there for them. How disrespectful! They won’t go there again and neither will I. I can’t even give them a stars ps if you don’t know they have a special on and you order what the special is they won’t tell you it’s on special. Tsk tsk.

We come to this pizza pizza location rather than others because of the great service and kind staff! Our pizza is always fresh and hot. It's a nice treat to go out for a quick dinner and have tasty food that we all like. Special thanks to Shivani for always making us feel like we are special!
