They tell people it will take 5 minutes but it ends up taking 45 minutes to get your food

I was told my order would be ready in about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my nuggets were overcooked and too crispy. I’d really appreciate it if more attention could be given to order timing and food quality next time.

It’s Halal chicken only . Good for muslims . Hindu Sikhs religion prohibits eating halal meat. They don’t have any sign at door to inform you about halal but I asked them they said it’s halal only.

I just ordered here and I order often since it is close to my house but they always mess up one thing from my order and/or forget something. I’d understand if they were busy, but they only have 2-3 orders at the time 🥲

Found hair in the fries which was very disgusting and disappointing and maybe why we should mandate a hairnet in every fast food /restaurants

I placed an order for pickup (nuggets and a wrap), but what I received was completely unacceptable. The food was stale, cold, and tasted like it had been prepared hours earlier. This is not only disappointing but also a serious food safety issue — stale chicken can cause food poisoning.

I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. This shows a lack of responsibility and customer care.

I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning in the future. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately to ensure no other customer has to face such unsafe and poor-quality food.

Ordered Blackened Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Coleslaw. The patty was uncooked & taste very bad & coleslaw was absolutely stale & smelling. I just had one bite & disposed it. It was one of the worst chicken burger & coleslaw I had. Never go there
