I love this bakery. It started as a one-man gig in 2013. The founder, Will Spencer, has a PhD in Microbiology and Epidemiology (!) I have a soft spot for those in academia who leave for other pursuits ;) For some reason I know that rND stands for rue Notre Dame, but I forget the significance of this street to the bakery. Just found these baked good at Natural Food Pantry and am over the moon! Went to buy ingredients to bake my own GF vegan oat bread and stumbled upon this company. Soooooo grateful they have taken this task off my hands! Absolutely delicious and hardy ?
