This place is fantastic. Veg Korma and Garlic Naan especially good. Definitely check it out
Great food
Attractive decor, helpful service (asked what levels of spice we would use) , delicious food, relaxing atmosphere - an enjoyable experience overall! Heartily recommend.
The food is epic here, and portions are big, order less then you think you need. All the tandori meals are the best?
Just had an incredible meal, and I have to say—the flavors keep getting better every time! I went for a classic combo: chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and naan. The tandoori was unbelievably juicy—definitely ordering it again. The ambience was surprisingly pleasant for a small town like Smiths Falls. Other than a bit of a staff shortage, the experience was great overall!

Great food
This is the real thing. Rare to find authentic Indian in every respect. Great little place
First time at the restaurant for my birthday dinner. The portions were a good size and we had lots to take home. It would be nice if there were some combo options so you could try a few things without paying the full price for each item. We ordered chicken korma, shrimp korma, aloo gobi, samosas, plain rice and seehk kebab. Everything was great, although I wasn’t a fan of the seehk kebab. My kids loved the mango lassis. Definitely would return again, atmosphere could be improved with the remove long fluorescent lights and replacing with some warmer lighting.
Food was great coming back again

This was my first time going so I will try it one more time to see if there's any difference. But I did find the food to be not very fresh tasting and quite bland. I'm a huge fan of Palak paneer, it's my go-to choice. I found this one to be inedible. The spinach was not fresh the dish felt slimy to taste. I'm assuming the spinach had gone bad, that's what it tasted like. The atmosphere is not terrible, but I'm pretty sure someone opened a back door while we were eating there because I had to put my coat on halfway through the meal so that I wouldn't freeze. The service was alright, I'm disappointed that anything additional that he offered us including was at an extra cost, but he didn't volunteer that to us we had to ask. I've definitely had much better, but like I said, we'll try this one more time.
I’ve had food from this place a handful of times over the past 3 years. It’s always the same and it’s always delicious. I’ve tried a few different meals and the flavour is unmatched. I’ve also tried a few different Indian restaurants including the Resto in embrun and they’re not as good as this one.
Five stars - this place has amazing food, lots of options for vegetarians and vegans, and large portions. With so few options for great food in this area, Sagar is a very welcome presence!
Superb Butter chicken and Garlic Naan Bread 🥘 will definitely order again!!! Unfortunately the Raita was warm and soupy by the time I got home because it was packaged with the hot food.
Both the Veggie Biryani and Chicken Biryani are fantastic! The buttered naan and garlic naan are also great. A gem of a restaurant in SF.
