Shawarma Donair on the Falls

My husband and I haven’t gone since shortly after the original owners sold it. If the last owner has caused you to not want to go back I am telling you to GO BACK! There is new management and they are fantastic! It’s delicious. Very friendly, wonderful to talk to. And the food is fantastic! We will be regulars once again! (Green eyed woman)

Great Guys. Had an old Gift Cert that was void but he gave us free potatoes and drink. Shwarmas great and His potatoes are the best I have had (Globally). Keep it up, worth the drive from Brockville (Osmos is terrible).

The owner and his assistant are very conscientious about the quality of their food and strive to accommodate their customers wishes, we were there today and witnessed a lady who came in 45 minutes late for a pickup, the owner made it fresh for her as he explained politely to her that to have it prepared and waiting for her would have ruined the quality of the food that she ordered and apologized to the other customers for the delay in their orders as he accommodated the late arrival of the late arriving customer. I would definitely recommend this establishment for the best establishment for the best tasting shawarma. We will be back for more delicious food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, the person working there (I believe he was the owner) looked at me strangely and asked, What do you want? I was surprised and asked if they don’t have any welcoming words or at least a friendly smile for customers. He repeated, “What do you want?” in the same rude way.
When I asked about the menu items, his response was dismissive and impolite. I also asked if they had more options, and again his answer was rude. The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Because of this behavior, I left without ordering anything. For me, respect and dignity are more important than food. I do not recommend this place at all.

Incredible service and incredible food. This is my first time visiting with the new ownership and boy oh boy I'll be back more often. Their garlic sauce is my new favourite sauce. Their friendliness was very welcoming and inviting!
