Don't waste your money at this location. I purchased A Grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher. After paying 7 dollars they handed me juice, I asked where the fruit was? They said don't have it - and that was it. Customer service is -2, the manager should have a protocol in place so this doesn't happen or a substitutation offered not $7.00 for juice. Then dismissed.

Such a cool place to chill with a coffee or latte! I had the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, if you’re into a slightly sour kick, you’ve got to try it. And the maple pancakes were super yummy!

I get Starbucks in lots of different locations and this was by far the worst service I have had. They messed up the size of my drinks which happens. But then they charged me the price difference which ok fair enough it cost $1 extra for 3 size changes. Usually you just get the upgrade for free. Those things I get it happens. But the server or manager who came out after the drinks got mixed up was so rude and so short with me for no reason. Then when we left the drink were awful super water down. I was super disappointed with how rude the service was at this location.

I went through drive thru so I didn't see inside the restaurant. The outside was clean and clear of obstacles. The barista was pleasant and the drinks were prepared in good time and tasted delicious

Waited a very long time for two drinks- mildly to moderately busy, two baristas on bar who looked ineffective at making drinks. Stood around and waited, the frappunchino I ordered sat in the blender before my second drink was made, given to me, and then I had to wait again for it to be poured into a cup and finished. It was just very frustrating watching a store that could’ve been managed effectively especially for the relaxed demand. I wouldn’t go back to this location again- it’s always aggravating, poorly trained, and sticky? Everywhere? The Perth location is far better for making customer connections and handling drinks, and CP at least knows how to make a drink and serve a drink. Smiths Falls SB unfortunately feels like a dive in comparison.

If I could leave no stars I would. I am very disappointed, I came to this location tonight and yet again my 7.06$ grande latte was half full of liquid and filled with foam well below the rim. This is not the first time this has happened here and I come here as a treat considering the beverages are so expensive. Please do better. Will not be returning
Prompt & friendly service. They quickly helped me substitute an item I pre-ordered that was no longer available. I have also witnessed the staff handle rude or impatient customers with grace lol, give these people a break!

The last two times I've been at the Smiths Falls location the cold foam is so runny. They don't let it whipp and take forever to get my drink. To have it made wrong.

Honestly I feel a little disappointed by this Starbucks and unfortunately it’s the only one in smiths falls or I would go else where. The drinks are very inconsistent. Lately I have actually been ordering triple shot espresso because every time I order a latte it taste like milky water… unfortunately even with an extra shot it still didn’t help. If it’s not a weak shot you either get an extremely hot latte that has no taste because it’s so hot or a lukewarm one that is cold before you drive away. Today I actually didn’t finish my gross latte and then when I was in Ottawa a friend bought me one that was done perfectly (at another Starbucks location) . I think the staff at this location need to regroup and train again. Everyone should be on the same page as this is a chain franchise and we should be getting the same product at all Starbucks. Also maybe look at your espresso machine because the pulls are so weak.. I shouldn’t have to order 6 shots in a latte.

I mean, it's Starbucks, what do you expect. Mediocre coffee for ridiculous prices. Workers are great though (and they deserved to be paid much more)P.S. I think whoever is in charge of playing the music forgot that Starbucks is a coffee shop and not a night club though hahaha music's hilariously loud for a coffee shop (pretty decent playlist though, Death Cab for Cutie and Aphex Twin go hard)
