So I may have done a happy dance while waiting in line and seeing that the fox cookies are back. And the barista drew a little fox on my cup and I didn't realize until I was half way through my drink! So cute! The attention to the customers! Great service!

No Dark Roast after 12 noon? Doesn't make sense. Made my Mom a Decaf Latte in less than a minute. They never suggested anything else. Then when I asked is nothing they could do they said they could do a pour over but they grumped and groaned it would take 5 to 10 minutes. They have numerous specialty drinks with ever kind of milk and combination you can think of but it's an inconvenience to make a dark roast? Just wanted a strong black Dark Roast from a coffee shop!

Don't waste your money at this location. I purchased A Grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher. After paying 7 dollars they handed me juice, I asked where the fruit was? They said don't have it - and that was it. Customer service is -2, the manager should have a protocol in place so this doesn't happen or a substitutation offered not $7.00 for juice. Then dismissed.

Such a cool place to chill with a coffee or latte! I had the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, if you’re into a slightly sour kick, you’ve got to try it. And the maple pancakes were super yummy!

I get Starbucks in lots of different locations and this was by far the worst service I have had. They messed up the size of my drinks which happens. But then they charged me the price difference which ok fair enough it cost $1 extra for 3 size changes. Usually you just get the upgrade for free. Those things I get it happens. But the server or manager who came out after the drinks got mixed up was so rude and so short with me for no reason. Then when we left the drink were awful super water down. I was super disappointed with how rude the service was at this location.
The place is always spotless, the staff are super friendly and polite, and the food is always amazing!

I went through drive thru so I didn't see inside the restaurant. The outside was clean and clear of obstacles. The barista was pleasant and the drinks were prepared in good time and tasted delicious

Waited a very long time for two drinks- mildly to moderately busy, two baristas on bar who looked ineffective at making drinks. Stood around and waited, the frappunchino I ordered sat in the blender before my second drink was made, given to me, and then I had to wait again for it to be poured into a cup and finished. It was just very frustrating watching a store that could’ve been managed effectively especially for the relaxed demand. I wouldn’t go back to this location again- it’s always aggravating, poorly trained, and sticky? Everywhere? The Perth location is far better for making customer connections and handling drinks, and CP at least knows how to make a drink and serve a drink. Smiths Falls SB unfortunately feels like a dive in comparison.
