I have been to this location, quite a few times now, and I have held off on complaining due to the fact that all fast food places have mishaps. I don’t know what it is about this location but for the past Three months every time I have gone to the subway, the bread Or cookies have been incredibly stale. There have been multiple times I have had to ask for my sandwich to be remade with fresh bread or ask a staff member to change their glove (they don’t seem to care at all). I was Going through the drive-through two days ago And when I opened my sub, the bread was literally crumbling from how stale it was. When I called to tell them what they could do for me because I had spent $30 on two combos they asked for my name and number, and I never received a callback from the manager. Absolutely zero accountability from the worker who knew they were serving bad product.

They are cheap on the toppings. Also, when I asked for the 'buy 1 footlong, get a 6 inch for 1.99', she told me that it was only online, which was a complete lie. I looked it up later, because she looked at, who I assume is her husband and almost snickered, after she said that. I will only be going to the one downtown from now on.

The gentleman was EXTREMELY rude. Did not give us any time to say what we wanted, threw the subs together and they were an absolute mess. The lady had extremely long hair, flipping all over the place. It rubbed in my sub and I was shrugged off when I mentioned it. I am disgusted in the service and cleanliness I received when ordering our dinner. Shame on these workers. Do better, be more respectful and learn costumer service!!!!

I watched the manager use his bare hands to take 2 trays of bread off the trays they were cooked on. He was also was rather rude while my kids were trying to decide what ingredients they wanted. The other staff was friendly enough.
