Apparently they have been here for some time. It was our first experience and we were very pleased with the food and service we received. Our waitress was very friendly and sweet.🙂

This was a 5 star review until today.
We were completly ignored today and left at a dirty table by previous customers.
Watching people come in after us and get served ahead of our table. Tryed to get a servers attention and was ignored still. Used to come here every week and tipped well. Not anymore. Completly disapointed.

We went here for a lunch date. I had the Rueben and my wife had the Chicken Club and both of us really enjoyed our meal. Service was excellent and the restaurant is clean with a good atmosphere. It is obviously someone has taken great care with the decorations and ambiance. There are some negative reviews about wait time, but our food came out in 10-15 minutes and the server checked up on us several times.

The Station is easily the best breakfast and lunch spot in Smiths Falls!!

Their menu is so diverse, you can get just about anything on their menu vegetarian or vegan as they offer tofu as a protein for any of their bowls or wraps! Their sesame noodle bowl, mediterranean wrap and breakfast bowl are absolutely my favourites! They also serve great beverages, especially their coffee and tea.

I love going here with family or friends, and even dates! They really have something for everyone here. The staff are always incredibly kind and welcoming, and never fail to answer any questions we have!

Furthermore, the restaurant has a cute, cozy atmosphere with lots of exposed wood, cute painted chairs and a beautiful painted mural on the wall of flowers! The restaurant is always incredibly clean and organized.

There really isn’t a place quite like The Station in Smiths Falls, and I would highly suggest visiting there for any casual occasion! I have been going ever since they opened and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon :)

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, not only in terms of protein alternatives as they serve tofu, but they also serve a variety of different salad and wrap dressings so finding a dairy free option is not a challenge here.

Only thing I would critique is that when serving coffee or tea, they only serve cream or 2% milk and do not have any dairy milk alternatives.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!!

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has a ramp to get inside, and the parking lot is quite large and has parking reserved for disabled folks to park in!

We had breakfast this morning.
Nice homestyle atmosphere with plenty of parking. Food was ok but not wow. We had heard good things. A little expe naive. Grill cheese sandwich was just that. 2 slices of bread melted cheese and some homefries. I ordered pancakes and expected Lanark county finest syrop. Never saw it. Got what was a form of " aunt jemima" syrop. So disappointed. Service was very good with a smile though. Don't think we'll be back. You advertise something then have it or advise the patrons when ordering.

50 minutes to get food. 1 coffee refill. Forgot things like our sides, lost our reservation which had been double checked.

Good food. Poor but kind service. Gave us a 10% discount for losing our reservation (something about a Sarah I heard them say).

I'd go back to try breakfast as that seems more their thing as opposed to lunch or supper which seemed to be a struggle for them.

Long wait time for food. Disorganized. Would expect more refills for coffee. Good food. Friendly staff.
