Our first visit to the Vault and we will be back! We were a party of 6 and enjoyed appies, soup and dinner mains. Everything was delicious! My only regret is that we were so excited when the food arrived that we dove in and we missed taking photos. Service was great.
From the making of a reservation, approximately two weeks in advance, Amy was stupendous. I was asking about seating before confirming a reservation, and she was knowledgeable, accommodating. Upon arrival, our table was set, ready and waiting for us and our guests. To say Amy was a pleasure to deal with is an understatement. Her attention to our table was perfect. A true professional in the industry. The food was lovely, from taste, to texture to temperature to price. Good...
Great venue with really nice service. When we visited today though the stars did not align - meatballs were undercooked (very pink in centre), no potato wedges were available, and the romaine lettuce in the Caesar salad was notably bitter. Desserts looked awesome....I just think we ordered the wrong thing!
