Saw an employee drop a cover to a flavored syrup on the floor and pick it up and put it back on without washing it. They were out of ice, so couldn't make some products. Service was SLOW!

Muffins stated lemon poppy seed but were bran and person working still didn’t move them after I pointed out to her.
Getting very sick of ordering and paying at this specific Tim Hortons in Smiths Falls. I have ordered here often and they have messed up on multiple orders of mine but when it comes to food I'm not too picky and I'll eat it either way as I've already paid. What I'm NOT ok with is when there's hair in my food two bites into my breakfast. Immediately sick to my stomach and wanna throw the sandwich out the window. No blame towards one person here, more so at the company as a whole and there cleaning and food making procedures

One of the few Tim Hortons where parking is a bit harder than some locations and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of orders. The flow of picking up your order is confusing.

Tim Hortons has gone downhill across the city there used to be a time when you could go there at night and expect a good selection of donuts that's certainly not the case anymore.

I ordered through Tim Hortons app...horrible app..took over 3 hours to get my order. Was in contact with manager Jannett who rectified the situation completely! She made sure that when the dasher FINALLY went to pick up my order, my food was made FRESH and my coffee was still HOT when it arrived! They are a very busy location and the staff of Tim Hortons (not door dash) went above and beyond to make my frustrating experience better any way they could. Thank you Jannett and staff! You are appreciated!
