One of the few Tim Hortons where parking is a bit harder than some locations and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of orders. The flow of picking up your order is confusing.
I ordered through Tim Hortons app...horrible app..took over 3 hours to get my order. Was in contact with manager Jannett who rectified the situation completely! She made sure that when the dasher FINALLY went to pick up my order, my food was made FRESH and my coffee was still HOT when it arrived! They are a very busy location and the staff of Tim Hortons (not door dash) went above and beyond to make my frustrating experience better any way they could. Thank you Jannett and staff!...
I came to this location, washroom was super clean. Then at the time to order, we were assisted by a gentleman named AJ, he went far and beyond, we asked him which kind of tea was available, he went to pick up the stand with all the teas available, then we added more items, changed a bit the order and he was kind and patient with all of us and our big order. Kudos for AJ.
