This one has gone down hill lately. Coffee is never stirred properly. The cream seems to be bad most times. When you get your coffee take your lid off and watch the cream curled in your coffee. It's sad to see what has happened to this place. I guess that's what you get when you fire all the students and use a temp hiring agency so you can pay less wages. The owner should be ashamed of themselves

So I have gone to many times Hortons and they don't argue with me or complain with my order and they always just do it the service is constantly like this for me I don't know why but even with my food I ask for extra sauce on my wrap and I didn't even get any sauce.. so people make sure to check your food and if u have a drink that u want made a certain way don't go cause they will look at you like you've got horns coming out of your head I had to comment as it's been like this for me every time and it's the only time Hortons that does this on regular
