Tim Hortons is a nice and clean restaurant with friendly servers and a wide variety of donut options. The atmosphere is very Canadian and spacious, although some areas could use more cleaning. The food is great and well-made, leaving customers wanting more. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with motion sensor doors for those in wheelchairs.
The drive-thru experience can be a bit frustrating, with staff constantly trying to sell coffee even when the customer has ordered a different item, like a caramel ice cap. However, this particular location is better than the one in Smith Falls.
One of the best-designed Tim Hortons in Canada, this restaurant pays tribute to a legendary hockey player. The Baileys-flavored drink is a nice option, and the staff is very friendly and passionate about their work. The atmosphere is outstanding, and the cafe can get charmingly crowded with students and older customers.
