I gravitate to the Brockville St. location as I feel they make the best wraps out of all of the Smiths Falls locations. My reason to give 3 stars is because they only offer very small bags (A-bags) to put your food in. My typical order is a wrap and wedges and both always crammed into a tiny bag. I've had these bags rip twice on me now during transport from car to house, due to the amount of weight in a tiny bag, thus my food ends up on the ground. When I ask to have my food in a larger bag.... it's either not accommodated or I'm handed a bag not really much larger (I wouldn't even classify it as a size B-bag).... again not fixing the problem. Please provide this restaurant with larger take out bags to accommodate larger food items. This will prevent bags from ripping due to weight, as well improve quality control-rather than placing wraps upright, lay them flat to keep them intact on transport.
Secondly, I worked at mcdonalds for 13 years, so I understand that there are time targets to meet, especially in drive thru, but I'm usually having to ask staff several times to give me a minute to get my credit card back in my purse. Staff are practically throwing my food at me the second the order is paid for. Fast is great, being super rushed is not. I had to ask the drive thru presenter twice today to hang on, only in the matter of a few seconds, yet she still stood there saying multiple times "here are your cookies, here are your cookies". The rest of my food was not even ready yet.....give me a few seconds pleeeeeeeease, I am clearly trying to fumble getting my stuff put away, it would have been fine just to hand everything out at once. Give the consumer a minute to put payments cards away and be ready to receive the order. Again, not an enjoyable experience when you are rushed in and rushed out just as fast without being given a chance to get organized.

Staff are generally nice and polite and the service is typically fast. I understand how hard working in fast food can be on you physically and mentally and I would absolutely never give an employee a hard time. These are just a few food service opportunities from a consumer point of view. Hopefully these points can be rectified by the business as a whole, for optimal customer service outcomes.

I have been to this particular Tim Hortons a few times over the last year both for quick dine-ins and drive through. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are engaging and kind - they are courteous and friendly when swamped at the drive through. They work together. The owner, her management and staff are community oriented and support local causes which is wonderful to see.

Kid-friendliness: Had my toddler and my friends daughter with me the servers were kind, interactive with my baby and genuine.

This is my favourite Tim Hortons in town. The inside and out is very clean. Plus, the drive thru is phenomenally fast. In addition to that, the food is always nice, fresh and warm. It’s my go to when I’m looking for a quick bite.

they never get my order right. every time, i ask for a double toasted bagel. i guess they dont know how to use their toaster, because it is NEVER toasted. oh, and if you dont want tomates on your sandwich and order it that way, too bad. you're getting tomatoes anyways. they do not seem to care about what you ordered, and everyone is going to look at you like you have 3 heads if you dare go inside and ask for your order to be made properly, the way you ordered it. sad. im allergic to tomatoes.
