we go to wendy's periodically for take out. we NEVER get what we order. today was no exception. instead of the bacon deluxe or whatever they call it now they gave us chicken burgers. tough, salty and essentially flavourless. the fellow repeated the order back and still screwed it up. this always happens, do not go to wendy's on hazeldean in kanata.

They made my raven blood frosty with strawberry not cherry. I’m so displeased and was so excited to try it. I live on a very fixed income and do not have spare money to do things like this, but I splurged and went and did it anyway and this is what I got. I am from the small town of oskaloosa, Iowa and I would recommend checking into this site and maybe retraining them.

Ordered online still took over 30mins. Hamburger wasn’t much thicker than the slice of cheese they put on it and bun was old. The frosty wasn’t any better. Not cold enough, not even close.

We ordered Lg fries a cheeseburger and an ApplePecan chicken salad.
When we arrived home there was no cheeseburger. I called and I was told I can return and purchase a cheeseburger or I can have no cheeseburger. He refused to tell me his name and hung up on me.
I called back and spoke to Ryan. Supposedly the manager. Equally incompetent.
I went to eat my salad. It contained lettuce and cranberries. No chicken. No cheese. Nothing. I ate lettuce and cranberries.

My son who has Down Syndrome, went to Wendys on Merchants Way in Concord tonight. We walked in and it sounded like a frat house! The rock music was so loud, and all the employees were laughing, and screaming so loud. Very unprofessional. It was around 5:30 tonight 4/30/25. They were also talking very loudly about how bullying other kids is cool, and okay to do. Where did all the good employees go?? Very disappointing.
