We went to Wendy’s in Brick NJ
We ordered Lg fries a cheeseburger and an ApplePecan chicken salad.
When we arrived home there was no cheeseburger. I called and I was told I can return and purchase a cheeseburger or I can have no cheeseburger. He refused to tell me his name and hung up on me.
I called back and spoke to Ryan. Supposedly the manager. Equally incompetent.
I went to eat my salad. It contained lettuce and cranberries. No chicken. No cheese. Nothing. I ate lettuce and cranberries.

My son who has Down Syndrome, went to Wendys on Merchants Way in Concord tonight. We walked in and it sounded like a frat house! The rock music was so loud, and all the employees were laughing, and screaming so loud. Very unprofessional. It was around 5:30 tonight 4/30/25. They were also talking very loudly about how bullying other kids is cool, and okay to do. Where did all the good employees go?? Very disappointing.

Love Wendy's but this location is sub standard. Been a few times and every time the lettuce is partially rotting. Last time I went the buns crumbled as I was eating it and I've been sick since I ate there..

I went to this Wendys location in Smiths Falls tonight. Very bad customer service. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger combo. The person taming my order said ok so a double jbc. I get up to the window and asked if it was the junior or regular and they said junior. I politely said I wanted the regular. The person said so you want the deluxe bacon cheeseburger. I said yes. They said, for future reference, next time look at the menu. Is that how they treat customers? I won't be returning to this location and would not recommend this location
