I would give them zero stars if I could. Went there this evening, only about 10 customers sitting at 4 different tables. We were told to sit wherever we would like; sat for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. The 2 servers were sitting at a table chatting and rolling up utensil packs. There were at least 4 booths and 5 empty tables that required cleaning up. They didn't even acknowledge us when we got up and left. We commented when we pulled in that they weren't busy for a Friday night, I think we found out why!

Tonight at a last minute decision we decided to go to Smiths Falls Wild Wings. When we arrived there we were told they close in 5 minutes. We went to leave, but the hostess said it was okay and come ahead in. We were treated by the nicest most efficient hostess/waitress/ bartender. To our surprise there were only 2 people working the whole night, her and the person working in the kitchen. The food was superb and we had a lovely time. We do hope this very pleasant waitress (so sorry we did not get your name) does not get overlooked by the manager/owner. In my opinion your front line workers make or break your business This was our first time back in years and because of this very enjoyable experience we will be returning. I hope the owner knows and acknowledges your invaluable contribution to the success of this establishment.

Came to have a family meal. Ordered ribs and they came out soggy. Root beer was flat. Food is very over priced and after spending almost $200.00 we were very disappointed and will not come back.

We usually love this place, other then today the evening of July 6th- our server couldn’t care less.. was to busy flirting with her boyfriend at another table… took almost 20 minutes for us to even get drinks.. when our drinks arrived my daughter drink (6yr old) came with Crayon all inside of it. Wasn’t washed the pieces were all inside. Hardly any service from our server (blonde with big lashes). Took a photo but unable to apply to this post.
Stop in for some lunch with family from hamilton we enjoy the special on chicken wings and a beer Another good place to stop support local business🤙

We arrived, placed our food and drink order right away, and waited—only to receive a single Diet Coke after 45 minutes. When we finally flagged down our server to ask what was going on, we were told the kitchen was busy with patio orders. However, the patio didn’t begin to fill up until after we were already seated and had placed our order, and most guests outside didn’t even seem to have been served yet.
Throughout our wait, it felt like our server was avoiding us, and getting her attention was difficult. To make things worse, we were seated at a table cluttered with leftover decorations and supplies from a birthday party that wasn’t even in our section—and no one bothered to clean it up.
In the end, we paid $5 for the one Diet Coke and left without eating. This was a really disappointing experience, especially since we’ve never had issues like this at other locations from the same franchise.

Stopped in at Wild Wings in Smiths Falls this Sunday afternoon and was thoroughly impressed! The wings were hands down some of the best I’ve had - crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Great variety of sauces and the service was quick and friendly. If you're a wing lover, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend checking them out - you won't be disappointed!

Excellent wings! Great price and the owners are fantastic, very friendly and so is their staff. Love the TV's for watching sports. Great place to go tonight for half price wings and watch the hockey playoffs!
