Feb 13th was in for dinner, waitress served 2 others before even taking our drink order. The calamari was over cooked and tasteless, the Caribbean jerk wings tasted acid and the frys were way too salty. 90$ bill won't be back!

Amazing new owners, they are very friendly and have great deals for Wings as well as Beer. We were a group of 4, and even though the restaurant was full, we received our food within 20 minutes. A must try in Smith Falls!

Everything took incredibly long, we went in with kids and they forgot the sauce they asked for, spilt a drink while passing it to us and just got a coaster and nothing to tidy up with. One of our kids spilt a drink and we cleaned it up best we could with the 4 napkins we had but the staff never acknowledged it or asked if we needed more napkins or another drink or to even mop anything up so someone else didn't slip and fall. We continuously had to go looking for the waitress to ask for things. There were only us and 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. Waited 15minutes plus standing there dressed to leave with our kids starting to act up and still had to ask for a bill and take home container. Our kids pogos were overcooked/burnt so they wouldn't eat them because they were too hard to bite.

Way longer then needed wait time . Almost 40 minutes from ordering for 2 chicken finger meals and three orders of wings . This was wth a empty resterant only three other tables had pepole at them. Only 2 orders of wings came out out both incorrect. Offerd to bring the third order and remake one of the incorrect wing orders and that never happend. Was complete confusion and a let down.
Took a bit more than an hour to get our food. There was hardly anybody in the restaurant, so I couldn’t imagine why it would take so long

I could not believe the absolute disgrace of customer service at this location. We walked in and got seated and after 15 minutes our server finally came by for the first time. We ordered drinks and attempted to order wings.
the server informed us THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN WINGS..........wild wing was out of CHICKEN WINGS on 600 on a saturday night. they did have boneless wings so we ordered the boneless wings (chicken nuggets) shortly after this the table beside us ordered wings.
While we were waiting we watched the table finish their wings and another round of wings came to them. Were thinking this is odd as we clearly ordered before them but things can happen. The same table ordered another round of wings.
This was the kicker, it had now been about 50 mins, and we watched ANOTHER ROUND OF WINGS COME TO THE TABLE BESIDE US. As in, we ordered wings and another table received THREE orders of wings before we got ours. At this point it was too much, we aid for our drinks and left.
Within 20 minutes at MATTY OSHEA'S we had drinks and food in front of us.
I would give this 0 stars if I could.
Edit Aug 2024: still holding strong and haven't returned to this establishment after such a disgraceful experience.

We had enthusiastic and helpful service. My husband was in heaven with his Bacon Burger and I with my Chicken Fajita. Tuesday is Wing Day and our friends saved significantly. Menu is extensive, especially for wings.
