We ordered takeout for Valentine’s Day and it was incredible!!! I’ve been to Nobu for sushi in NYC and this is the only place that comes close! We got the large maki plate and I swear they must have given us extra. We fed 6 people and had leftovers and that’s with 3 teenage sushi-obsessed boys eating! 11/10

Absolutely incredible food!! I've been to Japan three times and I have to say, the beef udon is very very authentic. We got it on a whim the second time we were there and now we specifically go back for the beef udon. It is absolutely outstanding. We now live in Carleton Place and specifically drive to Smiths Falls just for the udon. Please don't ever change the recipe or stop selling the beef udon ???

This place is amazing!! You’d never expect to get this level of quality in a small town, I was so overjoyed after the first bite. If you love sushi you need make a reservation and try Yukihana. You will not be disappointed! We had the combo sushi/sashimi platter and added the lobster roll. We left with full bellies and smiles from ear to ear. Very friendly service and atmosphere.

We tried the Bang Bang Chicken based on a recommendation from the owner of Modern Thymes, and we were very impressed.
Short wait time, moderate portion and extremely flavorful. I'm not a sushi fan myself so I didn't eat the rolls that were included, but my wife said they were good. I loved the chicken along with whatever green shredded vegetable was included, along with the rice which was garnished with black sesame seeds.

Went for dinner... Small menu not a lot of variety... Missing some staple sushi menu items.... But it is Korean not Japanese.
If you've never had proper sushi you'd probably like this place as it is very basic.
Called ahead and asked about gluten free options. The server was aware that my order needed to be gluten free and even repeated it when we ordered.... Got some sashimi and a roll. Well the tako sashimi was not made gluten free and i had a severe reaction immediately after a few bites..... When asked they stated the ingredients and they were not gluten free..... Would not recommend if you have allergies.....
The chef was great to watch and is very talented and the fish was fresh. But thats all i can say positively..... I will repeat it is Korean not Japanese... So it will be different.
