I had a great experience at Tim Hortons tonight thanks to Aldo and Jennifer. Despite a big order at 8:30 PM, they handled it flawlessly! Jennifer made the coffee and steep tea perfectly, and Aldo prepared the habanero rice wraps (both veg and non-veg) with incredible care. He made sure to keep them separate, changed gloves, and even heated them individually. It was clear they both put love and attention into their work, and we truly appreciated their effort. Great job, Tim Hortons team!

Went through drive-thru for 2 beverages on our road trip this evening and Donna made our night! We drove up feeling exhausted and over the drive but she greeted us with a big dime and was so lovely and upbeat - extremely refreshing!
