I went to the Tim’s in south glengarry today and there’s was this older woman in the drive thru serving me. Very very rude. Lancaster Tim Hortons I’ve sat inside in the evening and in the morning during the weeks and weekends ,been in the drive thru many times over the past 4 years . I had a great experience at Tim Hortons tonight thanks to Aldo and Jennifer. Despite a big order at 8:30 PM, they handled it flawlessly! Jennifer made the coffee and steep tea perfectly, and Aldo prepared the habanero rice wraps (both veg and non-veg) with incredible care. He made sure to keep them separate, changed gloves, and even heated them individually. It was clear they both put love and attention into their work, and we truly appreciated their effort.
