Yum. The burgers were so good we inhaled them so fast. Mushroom swiss and the Greek salad, with onion rings. So good. Brought my rings on the road with me. Really great waitress. Personable and patient with us. Checked in on us and kept our water full.

Very friendly owner and staff. The owner comes out and interacts with the customers. Excellent food and amazing pizza. Probably the best pizza I've had. Lots of toppings and chs on the pizza. We brought our entire girls U15 hockey team there for lunch, while we were in South River for a tournament. They fit us all in and served our hungry crew in record time! The food was yummy and the staff were excellent!Kid-friendliness: Our crew of teen girls were an excited bunch and nobody minded!

Wow, what a great new place and wonderful new ownership, staff and food. The menu has lots of tasty items and honestly if you can’t find something that you love then you weren’t really hungry in the first place ?Thank you as well for the cooked beef bones for our pups. The fact that you have them because you make your homemade gravy fresh knocked me for a loop. That is spectacular. Keep up the amazing work we will be back time and time again.
Great Atmosphere, waitress was very attentive and pleasant, very clean and the all you can eat spaghetti was delicious, loved the garlic bread and cheese. Great place to eat. Highly recommend, Definitely be back ?

Place was clean. The only good thing about the place...sad when we left here and went to another restaurant for couldn't eat the food here....my son and I ordered chicken fingers and fries. The fingers were not fingers but more like snitzel but really thin and sooooo over cooked.dry as cardboard. The fries were old and under cooked. Wrinkled and limp. No crispness what so ever to them. My husband had fish which was no better. The waitress although polite, must have heard us for she didn't come near us until we wanted to leave. She asked though how things were. I said you don't want to know. She said yes it helps them to grow...so I told her all of this and more, and that the owner needs to hire a new cook.she did give us 10% off our bill which to me we should not have had to pay what i did for couldn't eat it.. so paid $55 for this then had to go to a different restaurant and pay again just to have supper....pretty sad......do not recommend this place at all....sad the owners are this dishonest, should have better policy in regards to food like this being served and knowing it by reviews.....DO NOT eat here.....DO NOT....

Red Canoe Restaurant makes an outstanding Wild Mushroom Soup!!! We had lunch there today, and between the yummy bacon grilled cheese sandwich, the homemade Wild Mushroom Soup and our pleasant waitress, we left there extremely satisfying! Always a favourite for us!

I have a very healthy appetite and I was full when I left. It was pretty quiet when we went in (an hour before close). Lots of seating, very clean restaurant. Great food with good portions, excellent service, and very reasonably priced. Recommended!

I was at the restaurant this morning for breakfast. I was very impressed with the quality and temperature of my meal. The food came out in a timely fashion and my steak and eggs were perfect. It's not often you can get a breakfast steak made to perfection, but Bob nailed it. The server was very good, the best one we have had there. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
