The specialty here is the fries, not the fish. Recommend fries, burgers, hot dogs. They accept Cash and debit - he really doesn't want to accept credit, but did reluctantly because it was all we had. There are 3 very old picnic tables on site, and a really neat gift shop next door. Pay attention to the business hours - it is a very small town, so they're not open late. Fries were great, with skin on and on the thinner side compared to other chip shops.
Excellent, good old fashion chip stand. They do it right, super friendly establishment, fries are fresh cut, the portion of fries is typically 2X the size of what other stands serve and the pricing is comparable.
It is my stop of choice when traveling from Southern Ontario to Northern Ontario in order to indulge in an old fashion treat.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a really good poutine, this place is awesome, the gravy is so good! The fry portions are crazy huge!! Like massive! We got a small and a medium we could’ve been both full From the small lol. Prices are excellent too.
