First time ordering from here today and I would return for the customer service alone!! Not only was the food absolutely amazing the staff (lovey women who took my order) was so friendly! My family loved the food and we will be back again.

Had been looking forward to our reservation at 630 for 3 . I have mobility issues and there was no parking near the restaurant, had my walker . When we arrived there was a sign in the door “Sorry for the inconvenience. I have heard they have done this in the past however I figured we were safe with reservations . VERY unprofessional , no text no message ,no phone call ( funny they did ask for my number at the time the reservation was made several days ago ) I tried to call no answer . This screams to me that this business does not respect their customers . On a positive note many other options for dinning in the area where they do appreciate their customers . Never again just lost three customers .

Beyond disappointed with how this business handles their reservations. Made a reservation for 6:30 tonight, only to arrive and find a "Closed. Sorry for the inconvenience" sign on the door. We did not receive a call or message to notify us about the closure. "Inconvenience" is an understatement considering a member of our party has mobility issues, and there is no parking available near the restaurant.

We are a group of 6 that had a reservation tonight at 5:30. We arrived to find it closed, lights off, and no explanation sign on the door. However, we saw someone in the back, tried to get their attention by knocking on the window. We had a concert and very thankful that “The Office” was able to take us as a walk-in. Not sure what happened, we were there the week before prior to a concert. I received no cancellation phone call. I attempted to call from outside, but the phone was not picked up.

The food was ok... There was a couple shining stars, the deviled eggs were delicious and the Nashville chicken was amazing. The ribs were not good and very overpriced and their house BBQ sauce was not good at all. Service was decent and friendly but one thing ill point out is I called at noon for a reservation and was told from 5-8pm they were booked solid and no tables were available. So we decided we would go for an early dinner at 4:30pm. We were there having dinner and drinks till 5:40pm and there was only one other couple in the place it was literally a ghost town and it was a Saturday night...?? Why couldn't we have booked at 5 or 5:30pm? The place was empty!
The atmosphere was decent at first but once we started dinning the staff all sat at the bar behind us shooting the shit about their day to day lives. I guess because at that point we were the only ones in the restaurant so the staff had nothing to do, but why gather behind us and not elsewhere?

Very slow service. The 4 ladies in our group ordered 9oz wines. All 4 got 5oz wines. Food was cold. Corn bread very dry. Waiter tried to add taxes on everyone's bill when it's tax free until Feb.15. Up charge for sides of Mac and cheese with your dinner which is B.S. first and last time there.

Bourbon & Smoke left a lot to be desired. The service was incredibly slow, making the dining experience quite frustrating. The food portions were decent, but the quality was nothing special. Honestly, it wasn't anything to write home about.
One particularly odd thing was the receipt. It included a strange line item called "Tax 1" or something similar, which seemed like an extra tax on top of the usual sales tax. This was quite confusing, especially considering the government has a tax-free period.
Overall, while it might be worth a try once out of curiosity, I wouldn't be rushing back to Bourbon & Smoke.

The first time we went to 1954 with fam. We experienced amazing service and food was absolutely delicious.
We were greeted with smile and great service. The food portion was more than enough and took some of tue delicious brisket home. I highly recommend this place.
