It’s 5am on Friday December 19th and I just ordered two cheddar bacon uncle burger meals. Whoever made the poutine knew exactly what they were doing. Normally I leave a lot of the fries because there is never enough cheese/gravy. This poutine was perfect! There was such a great cheese/gravy to fry ratio, I ate the entire thing! Service was barely adequate. I had to call out to the staff that were busy in the back. They did not see me. A young lady eventually came out to serve me, very slowly.
There were 2 mistakes on my order which were avoidable. Fortunately the manager on duty took care of it.
I guess you could blame things on the heat outside. Yet the a/c in the restaurant was working just fine.
Maybe next time will be better.
