Today, around 3:20pm, my parents and I ordered two chubby burger combos through the drive-thru. The lady at the window was very kind, so no concern with her. However, after leaving, 10 mins of driving back to the highway, we open the bag to that BOTH of our chubby burgers did not have the usual chicken in it, but rather the slim disk-like patties you'd find in a Spicy Peri Peri Chicken Buddy. We were too far to turn back and we were forced to eat it. But after spending nearly $40 on these meals, I was appalled that they completely didn't give us the right meat in the burger, which is the justification for the high price. If they were out of the proper patty, they should have told us, not just expect us to take what they give us. I'd like some sort of compensation for this, because this is utterly unacceptable. Especially to have my parents eat something they did not order after such a sad day of losing a loved one. Please get in contact with us.

I had a fantastic experience at this A&W location and felt it deserved a detailed review. From the moment I arrived, the restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The dining area was tidy, tables were properly cleaned, and everything looked well maintained, which immediately set a positive tone.
The staff were excellent. The team member who took my order was friendly, polite, and very attentive. They took the time to make sure my order was correct and answered my questions patiently without making me feel rushed. Even while handling multiple orders, the staff stayed professional, calm, and efficient.
My food was prepared quickly and served fresh and hot. The burger was well assembled with fresh ingredients, the bun was soft and toasted nicely, and the toppings were evenly balanced. The fries were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and hot all the way through. You can tell this location pays attention to quality and consistency.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. The staff made eye contact, smiled, and thanked me sincerely, which made the experience feel genuinely welcoming rather than transactional. It’s refreshing to see a fast-food restaurant where the employees clearly care about both the food and the customers.
Overall, this A&W location exceeded my expectations. Great service, clean environment, fast and accurate orders, and high-quality food. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable A&W experience.

I have been avoiding a&w because the high prices of late but got some coupons so went for supper. They have now been hit by shrinkflation as well. I've attached a picture of my teen burger. Much thinner now. The price was a crime before now it's insane.
