This Hotel allows Pets like Dogs that is very good but should work on cleaning the rooms much more I, and My dad have allergy's were not feeling so good. This Hotel has a Bowling Alley with it that was the highest Pros about it.
Dining room was roomy, quiet, and clean. Service was respectful. Great place for face to face dinner.
Excellent meal and service We had Osso Bucco which was very good Also Pickerel that was cooked perfectly. A little spicy but no issue to the taste that was great We will definitely be back
Layout is pretty good, bright spots are the connected and new fine dining restaurant and bowling/bar/eatery/arcade. The hotel itself also looks new from the exterior but its not. Very slow elevators, semi run down appearance, in my room barely any plugs worked and the mattress was old and uncomfortable., TV was small and dated. Looks like this place was redone back in 2005 and hasnt been touched since.
Brought my Mom & Dad for Mothers Day Brunch at 1 pm. I don't know if I will do it again, most of the food was cold or barely warm. The prime rib looked nice and tasted ok but it was cold. Scrambled eggs were cold, breakfast meats were cold. Kind of disappointed but I like the restaurant, have been there before and will come back but maybe the brunch management can be reviewed.
It was the Mother's Day brunch buffet, it was ok but definitely not worth the price or the service we received and prepaid for with tip. Food was not fresh, scrambled eggs were cold, eggs benedict was also cold and the eggs over cooked. Honestly the only positives were the omelette bar and the carving station. Are server was not very attentive to our needs we had to ask other servers walking by for help. The server probably didn't care though because she was already tipped as the meal was already paid for.
The food and service were great for a brunch. Great selection. One issue: I need a good coffee with breakfast. The coffee that was served or available at the specialty coffee bar was not as good as the food served. This with a café in the lobby (Baci Café) served great coffee. Ostin's should serve this coffee. That explains seeing one of our servers filling their cup at the café. Otherwise great food, service and atmosphere.
Would have been great is server had told us there were 2 areas of the Mother's Day Brunch buffet
Well.....this was our second visit to Ostin's. Our first experience was absolutely perfect. This time disapponted they just couldnt get it right. Our reservation was for 6:30 got seated on time ✔️ordered an Aperol Spritz which was totally different from other places they mixed it so not the same. We had 2 salads which were huge and deliciius at 6:40. We both ordered the Beef Tenderloin which one we requested no potato and extra vegatable.Salads came in 5 minutes.. took a few bites of salad and out comes our dinner we had not even had barely any of the salad. My entree was wrong came with potato and extra vegetables ..waitress left thm on table. We did not want our entree's until after we finished salad so I called a manager over and he said this should not of happened and took both back. When we got them back a second time , I guess kitchen cant read instructions, still came with potatoes??❌ and it was completely med- well not med rare as originally requested and no extra vegetables. So a third time it came back STILL WITH POTATOES...and almost well done was told they rushed it out by that point disapponted in the entire experience we just ate a bit and boxed it. Waitress advised food that night was coming out too fast and management was getting upset with kitchen. It was so busy with athletic teams just wasnt the atmosphere at all for a $200 meal! ❌ so if you want to enjoy an “ unrushed” meal order your salad first then eat it and then order your entree after you finish your salad nd relax but make a later reservation into the evening it is just too noisy around the 6-7 hour.. or go to Blue Mermaid for a great adult dinner it will be cheaper and so much nicer. Just sayin.....

Service was EXCELLENT! Our server was great! Food was ok, salad I ordered was tasty but drowning in the dressing...perhaps serving it in the side would be a good idea. Serving sizes were good and ambience was excellent...will be giving it a second chance!
Not open the hours posted.Waste of time.

The restaurant was new to us and a nice surprise for it's cozy atmosphere. The service and attention by KAT?, our waitress was exceptional! She had such a bubbly, welcoming approach and checked in regularly. The Easter buffet was generally what was expected with a good variety of hot and cold foods. However some of the foods (eggs benedict) were stone cold. Find a system (an available microwave) to keep foods warmer and therefore more appetizing to eat.
We had brunch on Easter Sunday at Ostin's. Food was delicious and had lots of choices. From fresh made omlettes to tender carved beef and ham. Our server was wonderful, explained where to start the buffet and got us some yummy beverages along with delicious coffee. Our whole experience was a perfect 10. We are going to try dinner next time. Keep up with the great food and welcoming ambience.
I thought that the entrance to the restaurant was confusing and nobody was there to greet you. We waiting for a bit to find out that the entrance was on the other side. The room that had the buffet wasn't big enough for the amount of people in the room. Kids running around and screaming wasn't appropriate. Some tables could have been located in a better place. Thank you, Gina
