There was a tent on site during The Royal Canadian Henley regatta and I ordered a strawberry matcha. It was excellent and the perfect treat during a hot day! I'm sure their menu was a bit limited at the regatta, but the service was excellent and everyone was so nice! I'd definitely go back to try more from their menu.

The worst cafe I ever seen , they lied about the drinks , I order 2 of iced maple lattes ,and on the photo it comes with cream , but for real you will get the cream only when you take that drink with a cup for 15$, and instead 1/4 of ice cubes the do a full cup of ice , never again š”

Not dog friendly! They have āinclusiveā stickers on doors but donāt allow dogs. We told the barista we were sitting outside anyways and she came and brought our drinks out with no lids or straws (told us to go inside to get them) and didnāt offer a water bowl for our dog (itās sunny and hot today)
We want to support smaller coffee spots but the effort is lacklustre here..

Some of the best coffee you can get in the region. Their prices aren't great but I have never had something I didn't like. Their array of baked goods / deserts is decent with multiple options I always consider getting.
I haven't been in a few months but the staff can either be kind or cold, only gripe.

Any Balzac's coffee shop makes my day, but this is one of my favourites. The location is just perfect. A bit crowded on the main floor, but you're so close to lovely parks, who cares?
We love the vibe, the staff, the drinks. Food is like any coffee shop, it's dry and OK.
Great place to do work on the 2nd floor.

Great place to grab coffee and go for walk alongside shore. Coffee and blueberry muffin are amazing. Barista were super nice and friendly.

Giving this place 2 stars because the service is quite good. Love the ladies who made my beverage. Coffee quality is as expected, but the one thing that is unforgivable is the restaurang hygiene. We came by in the morning so I was expecting the place to be clean but it was so dirty. And pls do not use the toilet. Its dirtier than the toilets you find in gas stations. My goodness even if the coffee is good here, if the place is dirty, others must be dirty too. Eeew!

Lots of seating, since they have an additional seating area upstairs. I like the large wood table upstairs, for flexible seating needs, plus there are 5 small tables that each seat 1-2 people upstairs

This place is wonderful. Their drinks and snacks are spot on, and the service is phenomenal. Every one of those staff have the kindest souls. Its a great place to study/work, while enjoying the lovely food!
