Been there to get mango ice cream , we got take home for 19.99 which was not filled properly , very disappointing and worse service ever, on top we tried to scan the reward card , we were told it’s not being scanned. Even if she counted the scoops, the scoops were not full either.when your pre packet comes filled upto the top why it’s given partially filled to us ???

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for ice cream with 2 staff there but only one working at a very slow pace. Just to get told they have none of the flavours left that we wanted *tubs were empty and there’s no more in the back* this was on 6+ different flavours. No sold out signs on any of the ice creams. Horrible!!

I asked for an Oreo cake with dark grey and light grey contrast and it turned out great. My son actually loved it. They did an amazing job and the customer service was great as well. She was just as excited about my idea as I was. Thank you again!

Horrible experience. There were no waffle cones. Even though employee was standing with no customers. Why wouldn’t she make any? Also, out if mom’s makin cookies. Inconsistent with popular ice cream varieties. Prices too high

Seating was limited, not the best if you have little ones (high bar stools). No chocolate or chocolate mint was available, and about 2 or 3 other popular flavours were out, seems like those should be inventoried a little better? Service was very friendly and helpful though.

Came here for icecream on Sunday night. The lady working the counter wasn’t all that friendly. I asked if they had classic cookie dough at all, even in pints/tubs, and she just flat out said “no.” No recommendations or comparisons. I saw they had a mocha cookie dough and asked her about it.. she rolled her eyes and said “it taste like coffee.” Luckily for her, I love coffee, otherwise I would’ve left just because of her attitude. I asked for that, and extra cookie dough pieces to be added. She again just stared at me and said “you know you have to pay extra,” rudely.

Yes, I realize asking for something EXTRA, is going to cost EXTRA. My goodness. Where is the customer service? Anyway, the mocha cookie dough icecream was delicious.

I called this location to order a custom cake over the phone because the flavour I need is not available to place online. I was told by an employee they do not accept phone orders, and that I’d need to come into the store to place a custom cake order. This is pretty strange as I’ve ordered custom cakes over the phone in the past without any issue whatsoever. It’s a really strange policy and I won’t be wasting my time to drive to the store to place an order, when it could easily be done online if they offered the flavour I need, or just take the order over the phone, as I’ve done many times in the past. I offered to pre-pay for the cake to ensure they receive payment and the order can be placed, but it didn’t make a difference to them. Policies making it harder for consumers to place orders isn’t great business practice.

first off, the store was left completely unattended. No staff was in the store we ran the bell multiple times, then a few minutes later a staff member walks into the building. If we were crazy we could have robbed the store! A business should never be left unattended. We paid $15 for literally half a scoop of toppings?? what’s the point of that and then the staff member had the audacity to say “it’s so much” where the manners in this? i’m sorry but that’s not how you should be speaking to paying customers. If i want toppings then i’m aware i’m paying for them but like $15 for quite literally nothing, my friend honeslty got three gummy bears? Mostly just shocked at the fact that the entire store was left unattended and frankly there’s no excuse for that.

I ordered a birthday cake with a custom message, it was beautiful! Made on time per the order and was everything that I love about baskin robins cakes. Bhavi did a fantastic job and was super friendly! Highly recommended!
