Great Food! Best place ever but the only thing is that you guys puy my food to other people but over all its good!

I was not impressed with the price being almost $30 a person. Especially when a good amount of regular menu items were taken of the lunch menu.
The food that is offered is still good quality, but I was hoping for the lunch I was used to.

Fantastic food! Pricing is reasonable. The service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be going back again for dinner!! Highly recommend!!

Severely understaffed, even with a reservation you are waiting minimum 30 minutes to get seated. The sushi and rolls have way too much rice on them, you can barely taste the fish and it feels like they are trying to fill you up quicker.

Great AYCE selection and very good service. Large variety of maki rolls and meat selection is extensive

The food was ok hot or cold as should be..... however went for a birthday party and come to find out that big tuna has let there liquor license expire and could not serve alcohol. Would have been nice to know when making my reservation. Also the chiken was undercooked at one point I had to advise my party not to eat it and sent it back. Overall was not rly a great time. But my party and company was outstanding 👌 lol

Great place, great food, fast service

The BEST ayce sushi in St Catharines! They have an extensive menu of traditional sushi items as well as fusion dishes and their creme brulee is great! This is always our go-to place for sushi.

We dined in. Seemed like they were understaffed that day . Our server was so abruptly shut, wasn’t pleasant, however could be a personality. CPU be that she was the only one taking care of ppl on the floor .
The blinds were down and they denied to open or fully for us . Which made us feel not comfortable and made a not cozy vibe at all.

Overall, not bad.

Generous portion, fairly priced.

When you splurge and treat yourselves for the first time in forever and spend 100 bucks and the tempura rolls are soggy and squishy and they don’t send chopsticks so your eatting your “fancy” meal with your fingers.

Awesome food, great prices, great service

For a Family day, Reserved dinner early at 5:00 for 5 adults, 9, 6 and 1 year old kids, the $300+ meal (only water for drinks) took 55 minutes for first items to arrive, some items ordered at 5:05 arrived at 6:50. Many dishes luke warm and bland. They were so understaffed! I commend the Staff because they remained friendly and tried their best in spite of being so overwhelmed! (Make sure to carefully review your bill because the cost of the meal does not add up in retrospect as we had very little wastage.)

Don't get me wrong the food is amazing. However the last three times we got take out and I went to pick it up I waited 30-45min each time after the time they told me to be there. If you say 5pm pick up have it ready for then.
Most people waiting for pick up all have the same stories.
It is disrespectful to make people wait that long.
Im happy to take this review down if it gets better..
