Amazing service from Nikka!
I stopped by Booster Juice for a quick smoothie, and I was really impressed with the service. Nikka was super friendly, welcoming, and efficient. She had a great attitude and made my smoothie perfectly — exactly how I like it. It’s always a great experience when someone goes the extra mile with customer service. Thanks, Nikka! I’ll definitely be coming back.

6 employees and I am the only one in line and they are bumping into one another for 8 minutes trying to make me a drink. Not their finest hour.

I’m a regular at Booster Juice and I’m really loving the new management compared to before. Service is much faster now, and I can definitely taste the difference in the drinks too. Thanks to this girl, she said her name is Nikka, for helping me modify my drink since I’m lactose intolerant — really appreciated the extra care! Great customer service and friendly staff too!

Never more than 3 people working. Waited for 20 mins in line for them to get through 2 people ahead of me and I had one more to go and had to leave. Guy suposed to be blending smoothies is just standing next to the lady on till and not doing anything except get this lady’s boosterballs which he didn’t even know what that kind looked like and made the lady keep pointing and saying no till he picked up the right ones.

I went there with my two littles. For my free birthday drink.
The staff were so lovely and happy.
They were so nice to split my regular size into 2 snack sizes so we could share. It made my daughter’s day!
I would go back here just for the staff alone. Such lovely ladies serving me that day!

Ordered a Very Berry and Funky Monkey drink through Uber Eats. 2 simple drinks nothing else and they took forever to make them. For reference we ordered a full breakfast from a seperate place and that was ready 10+ min faster. When we received the drinks they not only tasted terrible (we have ordered these both before multiple times and they were totally fine) but they also didnt fill the cups completely and or mix the drinks properly. Note the chunky monkey is yellow instead of the normal brown colour. They also normally put a purple sticker seal on top of the cup to show it was sealed and this was also missing. If I could rate below a 1 star I would. I even tried calling them to let them know how bad their service was so they could attempt to fix it but there number is out of service.....at least I now know which booster juice store to avoid for the future.

Ordered pick-up through Uber Eats. Took 4 people in line before coming over to me and asking about my order. A man parked a shopping cart next to the storefront, walked in and began making smoothies right away. This was strange. Didn’t wash his hands and was clearly all over the place. Even blending a smoothie with no lid on the blender for pieces of it to fly everywhere. Finally got mine 20 minutes later with liquid dripping all down the sides. What’s going on here?

Elizabeth was so kind and friendly, very informative when it comes to drink and food selections. Try the nuttin better or the pomegranate punch! Will go back next time I’m at the pen.

Elizabeth was super kind and made sure that we left full. She had some extra panini and was kind enough to let us sample it! it was delicious as well as the smoothies we got 😋
