How and why does a restaurant close 2 hours early on a Friday. I didn't think these bad reviews were true but they obviously are. No beer. The pasta was disgusting. Closing early. Managers leaving early including the GM. Who is absolutely terrible at her job to begin with. I have no idea how this place is still open after all this. Do yourself a favor, if you want BP.. go to the Pen Center location. It is infinitely better in every single way. This is a ticking time bomb of a location.

Not only did we have a fantastic meal the staff really impressed me. Our waiter was a delight. I was panicked and worried when I got home and didn’t have my wallet. I called and not only did they find it, they put it in the safe overnight until my sister could pick it up the next day. Truly impressed.

We ordered large pizza and could drinks. The server brought us all 3 dirty plates, that were replaced and pizza was half baked, it was raw from inside. I complained and only sorry and 15% discount which was really insulting. This franchise should be reviewed by franchise. It is awful service and we will never come back.

My family went to eat here on a Sat at 1230p. My wife and 2 of my daughters have allergies so we brought subs from an allergy friendly place for them so we could all eat out together on vacation. My 3rd daughter and myself wanted to order meals but the manager came over in a very aggressive manner saying they can't be eating in here. My wife and I tried to explain they had allergies and my daughter and I want to order but he threw us out. I really hope this gets to the owner because this is not how I would want my business represented and maybe its why there was only one other custilomer at lunch time on a weekend. This manager was rude and told us to get out of his restaurant.
