The new manager is awesome! There was a mistake in are delivery and he personally delivered are food (we ordered through skip) . Great guy and very helpful , new management is awesome. DBZ!!

The food and service were okay, but the place has an under current unclean smell, the glass I was given had mouth prints around the rim before I touched it, and the bathroom was super disgusting. Kind of turns you off wanting to eat and makes me wonder about whether or not their kitchen is clean.

We ordered the Carbonara pizza 🍕 and unfortunately, it was extremely salty and not what we expected. The overall experience was quite disappointing. Service was very slow, and there was no one to greet us at the entrance, which set the tone right away.
The only saving grace was our server, Colleen, who was very friendly and attentive 😊. She checked in with us during the meal and kindly offered some sauces to help cut down the saltiness of the pizza.
Wish the food and overall service matched her great attitude. 👎

Treated myself to the pasta Tuesday tonight because I do have a birthday coming up as well as a major surgery... Not only did they make me my special pasta that I asked for... But the service was impeccable! Would definitely recommend this location 👌

Just finished lunch the food was good. The problem is when I asked for a takeout container I wasn’t expecting it to come with bugs in it. I showed the waitress that when you go to get it you can’t because it moves and when she took it to the back she said it broke apart and wasn’t a bug. When I asked her how she got it after I couldn’t she then said she didn’t touch it and threw it out. Over all good food just watch out for bugs

We just finished dining at the Boston Pizza on Ontario Street. While we enjoyed the food, the service initially left a lot to be desired. Our originally assigned server was inattentive and didn’t seem engaged, which put a damper on what should have been a pleasant evening.
That said, I want to give a huge shoutout to Monica. She completely turned our experience around. Monica stepped in without being asked, checked on us multiple times, brought us takeout boxes, and even personally delivered the drink I had ordered after I waited a bit. She was attentive, kind, and proactive—the kind of team member who thinks like an owner.
Boston Pizza, you’re incredibly lucky to have Monica on your team. She saved the night and turned a disappointing experience into a memorable one. Thank you, Monica!

I've been going to BP for more than a decade. I've been to the one in Milton, Scarborough, downtown Toronto, and even up north if I remember correctly.
This review is based on my takeout visit to the one in St. Catharines for their signature Jambaylaya fettucini baked with cheese.
Ordering over the phone took less than 5 minutes and the food was ready for pick up in less than 20 minutes. We spent less than 10 minutes in the store and James, who attended to us over the phone and received us at the door, had us laughing the whole time from the moment we walked in until we left.
The food is consistently tasty, and the portions go a very long way for two adults. That seafood pasta was the best $20 I parted ways with that week!
